Unacceptable service My BMW had several recalls primarily related to the airbags, I called and made an appointment for 10:00 to have the recalls addressed. I identified what the recalls were and identified the car which had been purchased and serviced there. They told me that it would take about 4 hours and that they could give me a ride home. I arrived 10 minuted early for my appointment and was given a number, inside I went to a desk where they took my name and sent me to the waiting room, after an hour and ten minutes I returned to the desk to complain and was handed over to a service advisor. The service advisor checked the required work and obtained information about the car and after an additional 25 minutes I was told that they would need to order the parts which might be in in 4 or 5 days. The lack of any concern for customers time is unacceptable, if there were another way to have the problem fixed I would never go to South motors again. More

I wanted to extend my sincere appreciation for the assistance given me specifically by Ms. Rosario, Mr. Juan Soto (Program Coordinator) and Mr. Gabriel F. Garcia (Finance Manager) in that process. I was greeted in a pleasant manner and was very appreciative of their kindness and enthusiasm in providing me an excellent service. They all (especially Ms. Rosario) assisted me very well and even gave me several cars to choose from. I am very thankful to them as well as your other staff associates who also made me feel welcomed. On the few occasions that I have consulted with Ms. Rosario, she frequently answered and clarified many of my questions respective to both use and familiarity of my new MINI Cooper; oftentimes offering appropriate suggestions to further facilitate my vehicle experience and purchase. In past telephone conversations, Ms. Rosario always made it a point to respond and appropriately ensure that all my questions were answered in a suitable time frame as well. For this reason, I was able to get the right car for my needs. I can say that I am greatly satisfied with the car I purchased from your dealership.
