Started bad ended great. I was in the market for a new M4. I am the type of buyer that shops around. Before I went to any dealership I shopped my price with leasing brokers. O I was in the market for a new M4. I am the type of buyer that shops around. Before I went to any dealership I shopped my price with leasing brokers. Once I got the bottomline price from the brokers I went to Vista and Braman BMW and when I told them what I wanted to pay they laughed at me. So I decided to call South. South was the only dealership that agreed to the price I was looking for for my specific model. They also had the exact color scheme on the lot. They told me to come down and get the car. I drove 50 miles and when I got there the car had already been sold. I was understandably upset with this. Octavio and Alex worked with me. They sat me down, trimmed the fat on the deal got me a little better of a price (they couldn't do to much better they had already agreed to a good price before I went down there) and ordered me a car from the manufacture. I was much happier with this result because I built the EXACT car I wanted. Yes I did have to wait 10 weeks for the car to come in from Germany but I was in my other lease at the time, so the timing was perfect. Taylor, was my BMW genius. She was very helpful. She had a clear understanding of the car and taught me everything that I wanted to know. Her 2 lesson really enhanced my day to day driving in the car because the car is more interactive since I know most of the tricks. Overall, I had a good experience. I would NEVER EVER go to Braman or Vista again. South was the only company willing to make me a fair deal and willing to spend the time to make me happy. More
Service Department is a Zero I have a 2016 BMW that is 2 weeks old. On first hand car wash, water was in one of headlights. So I took pictures and made an appt. This is a luxury I have a 2016 BMW that is 2 weeks old. On first hand car wash, water was in one of headlights. So I took pictures and made an appt. This is a luxury vehicle and I expected excellent service, however when I arrived for my appt.,Mr Eduardo Ulloa, the service manager wanted me to take the car right back home because this is"normal". He finally agreed to keep the car overnight and check it out. I was called back & told that there is nothing wrong with the headlight. That I should take the car home & if it happens again, take more pictures and bring the car back in to the service dept.!! I have been given excuses and a form letter as to why this is a "normal" condition in the headlights by Mr. Ulloa. Since when it's water in the headlights normal? This is the " service " I've received on a car that's 2 weeks old! More

Unacceptable service My BMW had several recalls primarily related to the airbags, I called and made an appointment for 10:00 to have the recalls addressed. I identified what the recalls were and identified the car which had been purchased and serviced there. They told me that it would take about 4 hours and that they could give me a ride home. I arrived 10 minuted early for my appointment and was given a number, inside I went to a desk where they took my name and sent me to the waiting room, after an hour and ten minutes I returned to the desk to complain and was handed over to a service advisor. The service advisor checked the required work and obtained information about the car and after an additional 25 minutes I was told that they would need to order the parts which might be in in 4 or 5 days. The lack of any concern for customers time is unacceptable, if there were another way to have the problem fixed I would never go to South motors again. More

I wanted to extend my sincere appreciation for the assistance given me specifically by Ms. Rosario, Mr. Juan Soto (Program Coordinator) and Mr. Gabriel F. Garcia (Finance Manager) in that process.
