A warm handshake and a professional introduction was the start of possible the best car buying experience Ive ever had. I came in with a few cars in mind and being very indecisive I asked Mr. Rodriguez for his opinion on what vehicle would best suit my lifestyle. I thought I knew a lot about cars, this gentleman was an encyclopedia when it came to cars. He not only showed me features the I never knew existed with these vehicles but also gave me a very informative overall tutorial on how BMW performs and their advantage over audi and lexus (other cars that I had kept in mind). Okay so he now had me sold on a BMW, now the hard part was deciding on which specific model I would be driving home with. This is really where Mr. Rodriguez earned his five star rating. This man was beyond patient with me as we test drove car after car. He answered every question and gave me his honest opion as a personal friend would about each car and how it would suit my life style. Needless to say I am now driving around a beautiful 328i and could not be any happier. I urge anyone going to buy a BMW to go to this dealership and specifically ask for Alex Rodriguez, he truly treats you more like a friend over anything else. Lease I have been a bmw customer for 7 years! I returned my lease two days early from the day of the lease end and received a pre-inspection sheet, had me s I have been a bmw customer for 7 years! I returned my lease two days early from the day of the lease end and received a pre-inspection sheet, had me sign the paperwork and told me I was all-set. Two Months later, I received a call from BMW Financial that I returned my car late and stated I owed money for returning the 528i 20 days late!! Stated I should have received an odometer sheet. First, I placed many calls to the Lease manager and dealership manager and sent emails but no response. Two- I never advised of an odometer sheet when I returned my lease. I have been in a BMW since 2009. This was my first lease return that I didn't get into another bmw. I was prepared to pay the inception fee, however to be charged for 20 days late. I am filling a claim with the State attorney general to have the dealerships books audited and investigated for for deceptive practices. More
Sharks I wanted to buy a car trade mines in that I purchased with them used and they wanted to sell me a used car that was in three accidents over mileage fo I wanted to buy a car trade mines in that I purchased with them used and they wanted to sell me a used car that was in three accidents over mileage for more money that the Internet price because they were giving me more money for my car since I had an upside down they wanted to give me a high apr rate higher than what the bank approved me for! And told me a carfax on a car for accidents was no big deal and I could not be penalized for if and when I traded my car in which is another lie. Real sharks beware! I will never buy at south motors Bmw used cars. More

its was a great experience we went with the car thinking that the car was going to have serious problems and I was especially scared because I was a girl and i'm very scared to we went with the car thinking that the car was going to have serious problems and I was especially scared because I was a girl and i'm very scared to go t dealers and fortunately I found someone who was very helpful named Daniel Davila .he was very helpful and patient especially since I am girl and didn't know much about the car problems. he was just a wonderful person I was grateful to have had him help me . I know were I'm going next time I need to get mar car fixed. and when the car got back to me it felt like a brand new car it was just wonderful. More
