My wife and I stopped in to test drive an X5, and met with Radford. Probably the best sales associate I've dealt with in the sense there was never a hint of pressure at any moment, and his demeanor is a with Radford. He patiently showed us the X5, M850i and finally the combo of those 2 in the M50i X5. Needless to say once we test drove that we almost did not return to do paperwork! So much fun to drive. First off my 2022 x7 is a lemon. It’s been in the service department 3 times since and I’ve owned it 6 months! This last repair done I was left with a damaged door panel. I was not told they damaged my door I was left to discover it on my own and probably because they wanted to get away with it! This car has electrical problems and I’m told just to keep bringing it in but the problem is there is never loaner cars! The last loaner car I was given the air conditioner worked when it wanted to. I fully regret buying this dangerous lemon and customer service has been horrible! More
