This is the best car buying experience I've ever had. It took 45 minutes from the time we entered the dealership until the time I was driving out of the car lot with my new BMW. Scott went out of his way to make the deal happen. I talked to him on the phone before even setting foot in the dealership. I told him want car I was looking for, he told me the inventory he had on the lot; and I told him the price I am willing to pay. After a few days he called me on the phone and said we have a deal and that he convinced his boss to give me the car at my asking price. I have looked everywhere for the price of my car and nobody beats the price that I got from BMW of Fresno. The financing person was also quick and painless. No BS straight business. No selling of options - just straight business and we were out of there driving our new BMW. I will for sure tell my friends about SCOTT and the dealership. I am coming back in 3 years for another BMW and rest assured that I will look for SCOTT!!! More
