I emailed him the receipt after I fixed it and said he will cut me a check for the repairs. Which I assume he did not have to do. This tells me they stand behind what they sell. and I have a check on the way for my repairs., This had to be the best dealer I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of buying cars More

I have always loved BMWs and in 2002, I got lucky to meet John. Been working with him for forever, consider him a friend and wouldn't even think of working with anyone else, no offense. John is always upbeat and he shoots straight. I'm a natural born negotiator and I've learned that I don't even need to anymore with John because he just drops to the best win-win deals BMW offers. He's got a hilarious personality and it's always a pleasure to hang out with him.
