I enjoyed working with Sergiu in the purchase of my X5. He is very knowledgeable and helpful in the decision process. I would choose to work with him again! He is very knowledgeable and helpful in the decision process. I would choose to work with him again! More
I am disappointed with my overall experience at this dealership. I debated on writing a negative review over the past three months as it is not something I typically go out of my way to do, but after pa dealership. I debated on writing a negative review over the past three months as it is not something I typically go out of my way to do, but after paying $400 just to be able to use features on the car that I bought and own; I felt I should share. I bought a 2018 Ford Escape at this location. Unfortunately for me, I had very little time to look and make a decision due to moving in 48 hours for a promotion. I wish I would have just inconvenienced my move, looked for an additional day and avoided this dealership altogether. Bipul was very nice and polite, but the other man who I didn’t even bother to learn his name was snippy and rude. He’s the one that apparently does the financing part - he was incredibly rude, talked down to me (I’m assuming based on my age and being a female even though I was paying outright for the vehicle and not financing) and practically pushed us out of the facility 30 minutes before their close time. I should have known then to look elsewhere, but I pushed through based on a need. After purchasing the vehicle, I found that the Budget rental car telematics system was still inside with Budget’s insurance card (clearly a great job cleaning up the vehicle). The “cherry on top” of this poor experience, was that they only gave me one key to the vehicle. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem and would be only a slight annoyance considering they told me about the 1 key part AFTER signing paperwork and handing over the check. Apparently this vehicle came equipped with Ford’s “MyKey” *feature* - only trick is, you have to have the main key to alter any of the limitations on the vehicle - go figure that this dealership would give me the secondary key and NOT disclose either the vehicle feature or the fact that the ONE key that they gave me was in fact not the “MyKey”. Here I was - owning a vehicle that I couldn’t even utilize all the features on. When I contacted the dealership, they basically said “Oh Well” and didn’t care. I then had to pay a Ford dealership $400 just to disable the “MyKey” *feature* (Had to have an additional key made and programmed to be the “main” key).Overall a terrible buying experience and a joke of a dealership. Do NOT waste your time. I wish I could give a negative star and am shocked that BMW allows them to maintain a dealership under their name. We had found a vehicle that had several issues, but were willing to negotiate for a fair price. Unfortunately, we received a resounding “NO” at every request. Can you fix the dent in the door, NO! Can you provide new tires, NO! Can you give us dealer cost for new tires, NO! Can you get the smoke smell out, NO! Can we use our own finance institution, NO! Can you reduce your fee to reduce our burden and risk of having to fix these issues, NO! We just lost our home and vehicle due to the tornado; can you help in anyway, NO and how dare you ask! Within 2 hours we’d purchased a gorgeous vehicle from Freeland motors. They worked with us, reduced their asking price, and let us use any finance institute we wanted. Two days later we ran into a complete stranger on the street who advised that he too had a horrible experience with BMW of Nashville. Based on his experience, our experience, and the reviews on this site, STAY AWAY!!!! If you lost your vehicle in the tornado and are looking for a replacement, STAY AWAY! If you are ever looking for a vehicle, STAY AWAY! The salesperson and his manager were equally useless and had no intentions or desire to make a deal. This dealership does NOT fit into the normal Nashville hospitality. More
Brought my bmw in for a recall service, was informed that they couldn’t do the recall because the head was mysteriously cracked. Thus being quoted $10,000 to fix. After being given the run around through bmw they couldn’t do the recall because the head was mysteriously cracked. Thus being quoted $10,000 to fix. After being given the run around through bmw and the service department I decided to take my business elsewhere. I asked the motor to be left tore down so it could be inspected elsewhere. Upon the vehicle arriving at the following mechanic shop, I was notified of missing parts that BMW failed to include and put back with my vehicle. They refused to look into it and fix their mistakes. After finally giving up with them and agreeing to just pay for and order the new parts, they gave me the run around about ordering the part from Germany and that it would take weeks to arrive due to “customs”. I called multiple times, left multiple voicemails and never got a call back about the part I ordered ever arriving. When they’re in the wrong and can’t fix their wrong doings, they choose to only ignore you and ghost you. Legend has it, the service manager still hasn’t answered a single call to this day, and my part is still floating around in customs, lost forever. Absolutely the worst service department in dealership history. I will avoid this specific dealership in the future at all costs, even if it’s the last one standing. More
They sold us a car ($8500) with a bent frame and previously. Bmw of Nashville in Tennessee sold us a car that has been totaled with a bent frame. They will not return calls now nor respond in any way. We bought Bmw of Nashville in Tennessee sold us a car that has been totaled with a bent frame. They will not return calls now nor respond in any way. We bought a 2012 Chrysler 200s convertible on 6/27/19. Yesterday after noticing the car will not align we brought to mechanic. The mechanic tried to align the car twice before noticing a bent frame, worn tires, paint that shows a totaled car, and bumper issues. They said this car could never be aligned and would have to have tires replaced every few months because of frame. It is a lemon!!! An $8500 lemon. This is after fixing the ac actuator and all the filters last week. The car started acting up the night we got it. It had a large knock that led to the ac actuator needing replacement. They claimed to thoroughly check this car and obviously is not true. They are refusing my calls and will not return my calls. I went and everyone is of course not able to help me. They sold a lemon, cashed the $8500 check and now don't care. Sergio was our dealer at bmw. And you would think this would be a decent dealership that cared about their reputation. I guess not. They took my 18 year old sons money that he worked a long time for and gave us a horrible car and hid the issues. More
Once you sign the paperwork they are done with you. They screwed up the registration even though I had checked with several times beforehand and was assured it would be done correctly. I was also overcharged for said registration and was promised a refund for it, it's been four months and I'm still waiting on it. Left several messages for the sales manager and he never called back. If/when you finally manage to get somebody on the phone they just tell you whatever you want to hear in order to get you to go away and never follow through. Will not be buying from them again. More

My social security number, address, and DOB have been compromised because of my car purchase at this dealership. Ive had to file a police report and place fraud alerts with the credit agencies. I called the dealership and left two messages with no call back. On my third call I was able to speak with someone who had no explanation or apology for this occurrence. A promise to look into potential internal connections would have been appreciated. Their credit check company should be notified. This mess will effect my credit and personal information for years. DO NOT purchase a car here if you value keeping your personal secure. More

The advertised price was $39,981 which was a very reasonable price. The dealer advertised this as a no-haggle price. I spoke with the salesperson who was very helpful, going so far as to suggest a shipper for the car. However, when he sent me the actual quote for the car, the price was $41,759 before sales tax. The dealer had added $589 in bogus document fees, plus $1,189 in unnecessary paint protection, etc. I have owned six BMW convertibles since 2004 and have always been very impressed, not only with the quality of the cars, but also with the professionalism of the dealers. Not so much with this dealer. More

I have had the best experience with this rep than anyone I have ever dealt with since buying my BMW. I was considering trading in my car altogether due to my previous experiences with another dealership, but from my first interaction with Michael he has been responsive, patient, honest, and truly committed to resolving issues that have been going on for months that no one else could get fixed. His knowledge of my BMW and ability to explain it to me makes me feel much better about the money I have to spend to get it serviced. I trust him 100% and will not take my car to anyone else moving forward. More
Biggest Headache of My Life. It honestly pains me to write this, but when you attempt for 2+ months to solve an issue and are treated in a subpar way, this is the only route. I It honestly pains me to write this, but when you attempt for 2+ months to solve an issue and are treated in a subpar way, this is the only route. I purchased a preowned vehicle from BMW of Nashville at the End of August 2017 from Jeff Burdett. This process seemed to be very easy and quick. That I was grateful for as I had just been in a full loss accident in my Audi SUV 3 weeks prior. I had worked with Jeff twice before on purchasing a new X5, but told him I had decided to go this route while waiting delivery of my Tesla. Then all of my problems started within two weeks of ownership. Within a couple of days from buying the car, the check engine light comes on. It went off the next day, so I thought it was just a fluke. Only to come back on a few days later. Being a previous LR owner, I took the vehicle to a certified LR mechanics for look over. The truck was left with them for a couple of days. I was SHOCKED at what I was told when picking up the vehicle. The list is below. From Certified LR technician: - We have to replace all fuel injectors on the vehicle. It seems that this has been going on for a while. - Certain Filters were changed during pack service to trick the Check Engine light from coming on during the purchase process. That would have been the only reason those were replaced. - The vehicle had the wrong oil used during the dealerships (BMW of N) service process. - Multiple Lights are out and missing Almost $2,500 in repairs immediately after purchasing this vehicle. Imagine the shock. I contacted the right folks after this. Fast forward. I am with an expired tag and have no license plate or registration. I purchased the vehicle through a line of credit, and the bank has never received the title. Fast forward to today. I have owned the vehicle 3+ months. I still don't have a license plate, or registration. After threatening legal action, the dealership overnight another temp tag, but would not comment on the whereabouts of my license plate. I contacted BMW of Nashville will all issues. Including, Jeff (sales rep), Phillip (manager), and Greg (assistant manager). I never heard from my sales person. Ever. Phillip, the manager that I expressed immediate concern with about buying a car from Sonic Auto Group, never once reached out to apologize for all of this. Even though the day I bought the car, he assured me that his company stood behind every car, customer, and deal they made. Greg, has been subpar. Only after threatening legal action did some of my requests get granted. Greg agreed in an email to refund myself the repair costs, cost for me having the vehicle reserved, the paper management fees associated with the deal, and tag fees. As of today the only actions taken by this group, have been sending me another temp tag with no explanation as to where my license and registration are and a partial payment refund. I have been EXTREMELY patient with this process. I feel as mistakes are made by everyone, and easy to solve with the right business practices and forward thinking. But after this process, I'm very disappointed in the action taken by these three individuals. More
