I feel like I was taken advantage of. I brought my car in for an oil change and came out with a bill of $1,108.26. Needless to say I will not be returning to the Medford BMW dealer.. This was my first visit to Herb Chambers Medford. There was someone waiting waiting for me before I got out of the car.I was introduced to Amiel who explained in detail what the repair would entail. Jose has been challenging to work with form the begining. He has been pushy, arrogant and has spoken down to me from the beginning. He has consistantly reframed both the conversations and interactions we have had as somehitng which they were not. He has continued to stand in way of resolving my service issues - even after I solicited a thrird party opinion - stating that they have little responsibility for failing parts and unresolved issues, nw that I am $4000 into a repair. The bullying and lack of interest in really helping me resolve these service issues and safety issues have made me take my unresolved and undrivable car elsewhere. Jose's condescending attitude isn't doing BMW or Herb Chambers any favors - (and yes, we have purchased a car from Herb Chambers)... More
