I’m truly baffled with all the stellar reviews on this page about this place. I have never written a review in my entire life, but my experience here was so bad with their service department that I would page about this place. I have never written a review in my entire life, but my experience here was so bad with their service department that I would not want anyone to go through what took 3 months and $5800 out of pocket resulting in making my vehicle go from drive able to never running again. I initially brought my BMW X3 here for a drivetrain malfunction light, I was told I needed a charge pressure sensor and hose $1000 fix. Drove the vehicle 25 miles after the fix and the malfunction came on again. I turned around back to the facility dropped it off to be diagnosed again in which they lied on the work description saying I waited days to bring it back (they lent me a car the same day I paid for repairs I have the invoices and lender agreement both dated the same day). The second repair was exhaust vanos solenoids $600. Drove the car off the lot again 25 miles malfunction back on. This time I returned the car the next day for diagnosing again they lied on the work description saying I waited weeks, they lent me a car again and invoices and lender agreement dated a day apart. Yet again I picked the vehicle up drove off the lot 25 miles later malfunction came on brought it back for the 3rd time. This time they suggested I do the cam gears and retiming of engine after persuading me this would fix the issue I agreed to it $4200 more. After the repairs 1 month later they called me and told me the repairs made it worse and my car would not start that my timing chain was stretched out do to new repairs, and now needing an entire engine replacement $16,000. At this point I lost all my patience with this facility. I paid the $4200 so they would release my car and had it towed to another garage, yes towed off a dealership lot (how embarrassing). Three weeks later my car is finally fixed over at Motor Cars International, they replaced my entire cylinder head that Herb Chambers Medford literally used as a lab rat. My warranty covered most of the cost over at Motor Cars International. I paid $1300 and my vehicle is running perfect now, drives great! At the end of the day Herb Chambers BMW Medford wasted 3 months of my time and charged me $5800 to completely destroy my engine and leave me with nothing. My service advisor Amiel was really good to me, but their mechanics and technicians have not a clue of what they are doing. More

I believe he is a big asset to the company!!!! I felt comfortable and felt as if I knew him my whole life, that is how he made me feel, I will, buy from him again!
