Mychael was great to work with! ! Super laid back and down to earth. Also, very knowledgeable about the car and the purchase process. I highly recommend working with him!!! However, ! We recently purchased a 2021 Bmw X5 and had a very good experience with the whole time there thanks to the amazing team of Zain and Nick I can't remember the finance guys name but he was amazing too. My experience was mixed. Sales person was a delight - knowledgeable, professional and yet had a great sense of humor that made the test-drive fun. However, the sales manager Sales person was a delight - knowledgeable, professional and yet had a great sense of humor that made the test-drive fun. However, the sales manager, Jamie, was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in a customer service environment. I wrote an email to someone at the dealership about the experience. If I wasn't so far along in the process I would have cancelled the whole transaction - but I wanted the car and I wanted to be done shopping. I also didn't want to penalize the sales person, Billy, for someone else's behavior. More
