I have owned BMW’s since 2006 and most recently went into BMW of Medford looking for a pre-owned and certified BMW. I purchased a pre-owned/certified 2016 BMW 640i Gran Coupe. I have received so many comple BMW of Medford looking for a pre-owned and certified BMW. I purchased a pre-owned/certified 2016 BMW 640i Gran Coupe. I have received so many complements on the car (immaculate showroom condition). Let me start the review with a 5-STAR experience all around. I have been to many dealerships in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and my experience was seamless and second to none. Billy and the entire sales team were professional, detailed, and knowledgeable. Nick Apanian, the team sales manager was amazing and made the entire process a great experience. Even after the purchase followed up with in person when I picked up my new purchase. I would also like to give a shout out to Rami in finance for making the finance process seamless. I will be a repeat customer at BMW of Medford and highly recommend them as a dealership of choice. The dealership was easy to work with. This was my first time buying a car at a dealer in MA and although they made it easy, it could’ve been even easier if MA had temporary plates. I hope This was my first time buying a car at a dealer in MA and although they made it easy, it could’ve been even easier if MA had temporary plates. I hope that dealers all across MA are lobbying the state government to join literally every other state in granting temporary tags. The amount of work this dealer did was insane just to get plates, something I could’ve easily done and waited for. The people were great to work with and made this unnecessarily difficult process easy. My other concern is with the items that needed to be replaced after I bought the car. The dealer took care of them obviously but the car had been on the lot for some time and it’s weird to me that it wasn’t inspected before being offered for sale. I would’ve gotten the car sooner had all the issues they found been taken care of before being offered for sale. All that being said, herb chambers is a good dealer to work with. They were helpful and worked diligently to get me my car. More

In the past I have leased a few Jeeps from Nick the sales manager.
