I understand issues can happen with a used car, but I've had a great EV experience twice now with BMVW, plus no extra dealer/prep/doc fees. 8 years ago I bought a Nissan Leaf there (of about 40 in inventory had a great EV experience twice now with BMVW, plus no extra dealer/prep/doc fees. 8 years ago I bought a Nissan Leaf there (of about 40 in inventory) that was just off lease and looked like new, at a really low price and fair trade-in for my damaged Acura TL. Drove it for 8 years no real issues, but battery range had declined and by chance met Mohsen at an EV event. Realized the connection so came in and drove a nice blue used Tesla 3 (among ~10 he had). He offered a great price + fair trade for my now dinged up old Leaf. Mike was helpful in the decision/comparison process again, and Mohsen has been awesome in the charger acquisition & install process; his estream charger business made it easy. I would definitely say look at their inventory online and come down, there's no sales hassle and having no extra dealer fees due to the low overhead is really refreshing too! More
Sold me a 2006 C6 Corvette manual transmission that turned out to not have a drop of transmission fluid in it & will not make it right. I drove it home & a couple more times until the transmission lock turned out to not have a drop of transmission fluid in it & will not make it right. I drove it home & a couple more times until the transmission locked up. Managed to get it in the racks & took out the plug ,transmission was bone dry. Stay away from them , IMO , the owner is a lying xxx that doesn't care about his customers. I am doing all the labor & just wanted help with the transmission. He lied about doing that & is basically saying Oh well ! Stay away from them . More

I purchased my 2016 Tesla Model X from this dealership on 9/25/23. My husband asked the salesman, Michael Thompson, "what's wrong with the vehicle" and his response was "nothing's wrong with it!" I asked him why the TPMS error message was on the dash, and he stated "all of the vehicles are like this. I have to put air in all of them." I had the vehicle less than 24 hrs and the entire A/C unit imploded in itself (words directly from Tesla mechanics), my passenger back window stopped working and the TPMS error message never went off. I wasn't able to take it to Tesla because you have to make an appointment online which can only occur AFTER you have transferred ownership of the vehicle. I wasn't able to get an appointment until a week after purchase and once I received the estimate for the repairs, I was devastated.......$6500+!!!! Dealership only offered to pay $1k towards the repair cost. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP unless you are able to take a Tesla mechanic with you!! Had they been upfront I could have made a more informed decision, but they took that option away by withholding this information. Oh, and he also used Tyler Perry's name telling me that he purchased over 20+ vehicles from them. I called Tyler Perry Studios and was advised this is not true. Happy car hunting and please, please do your due diligence. More
This dealership is the best one I’ve been too in all the 35 years for which I have been buying cars. Again, let me repeat, there were no documentation fee’s. This transaction was cheaper and less painful than buying from a private party. If you need a vehicle this is where I would go. I will be back when we upgrade our Mercedes Bluetec which we fondly call our “Memphis cruiser”. Backstory: Our son lives in Memphis and so we drive back and forth monthly or as often as he tolerates. 😊 More

Already bought two vehicles both still run like a clock, The first vehicle I purchased for my aunt was a Toyota Sienna, I spent 5 days searching throughout the Atlanta Metro. I test drove many Sienna's but none being worth purchasing. After asking around I was told by a friend to try BMVW of Union City. Based on his recommendations BMVW sold quality used cars at a reasonable price. Also, the most important point was that; THEY DON"T SELL JUNK! After inquiring about my desired vehicle inside the office, I was showed a 2007 Sienna. The office personnel are pleasantly friendly and extremely accommodating. Upon entering the vehicle I could not believe the condition of the leather interior, extremely clean. Same with the engine compartment, no signs of wear and tear. I immediately telephoned my aunt whom I was searching for a vehicle for her to purchase, I told her that she needed to come now and test drive this vehicle and she did. After the test drive we went inside to ask about the price, when told that the asking was $7000 it was difficult for me to keep a straight face, very low for a vehicle in this condition and low miles. Needless to say my aunt purchased the Sienna. The second vehicle I purchased was a 2002 Sequoia. This vehicle was in such great shape that I never made it out of the parking lot! Once I started it and heard / felt the engine I simply turned around and parked, went inside to ask about the price. There was no need to test drive this vehicle further then the lot, I knew it was sound. That was 3 years ago.
