Ripped off veteran I bought a used car with unforeseen engine damage totaling over $10,000. They wouldn’t even take it back. NEVER, NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY The wife and I were looking for larger vehicle for our first child. Test drove a few vehicles that were in iffy condition and finally found a decent The wife and I were looking for larger vehicle for our first child. Test drove a few vehicles that were in iffy condition and finally found a decent 2015 GLA, although it had recycled tires from 2011 it showed no sign of accidents, overspray in the fenders and even had all the screws and underbody plastic. We were told they would take care of the the rear and front bumper which had broken plastic from parallel parking. We dropped off the car later on for the agreed upon repairs. When we came back to pick the vehicle up we had the original bumper still on with the MORE damage on it, a busted fender piece, and 3 scrapes longer than 9 inches on the driver door. Their shop manager came out and just like he read it off a script, he told me the car came in filthy and they didn't know what condition it came in since their was no vehicle inspection done at the drop off, they weren't taking responsibility so we weren't going to waste our time. So I'm writing this review so no one else wastes their time. IF ANYONE ELSE HAS SIMILAR EXPERIENCES go to BBB (dot) ORG and place a report. Let's see how may new excuses they come up with. More

Excellent Experience! We live in upstate NY. We made the trip to NJ to buy a vehicle from a “credible” dealer. After arriving we realized this was not the case. After an en We live in upstate NY. After an entire day of car shopping we landed at BM Motor Car where Greg had the vehicle we were interested in all prepared for a test drive. He knew we were unable to stay in NJ for the night so he made it all happen and take delivery of the vehicle that evening when we arrived 45 minutes prior to close. They have stayed in touch and kept to their word whereas some may not care so much about a customer who lives 6 hours from the dealer.
