Very Unhappy with purchase.. Its been just about 6 months since I purchased the 2017 Honda Accord Sport from this dealership. The head light that the dealership had replaced due t Its been just about 6 months since I purchased the 2017 Honda Accord Sport from this dealership. The head light that the dealership had replaced due to it being the wrong headlight that didn't have a second insert for the LED light has BURNED OUT. Clearly not a Honda part. How could this break so soon and why would it?? Who ever installed the headlight also glued the top part of the plastic to the headlight where the other light has no glue on it. Not the correct fix.. It's also missing a plastic cover near the top part of the grill that I didn't noticed until now. The car is also making rattling and crunching noises with the steering and driver side wheel. I feel I was lied to about the extent of the accident this car was in and clearly the carfax is wrong and SOMEONE ALTERED IT, it does not just have "cosmetic damage". No wonder why a 2017 car was being sold for $16,000 because it was not fully looked over and repaired before being put out for Sale. It even had a flat tire with a bubble in it when I went to test drive it. What are you going to do about the headlight?? At this point I don't even want to take this car back to this dealership because it seems the car was rough handled BOTH times it had been brought back and things are either broken or parts are missing. terrible experience / i think they deleted the last review All right, long story but in short they are terrible. Do not spend your money there. They tried very hard not to let me know that) I have taped recordings with Vlad & emails that can verify timelines & unfulfilled promises. Picked up a used Golf R with 49k miles. Seemed like it was in good condition, the salesperson David G was a young kid who didn't know too much about the car but thats fine. He was just interested in looking at girls on my phone while we waited for the finance department to do the numbers (Vlad B). We agreed on the numbers in the end and I got the car. 2nd night out with a person in the car I drive a little spirited and BAM the engine dies. EPC light flashing and all that jazz. Call them on Saturday yelling that the engine died already. They couldn't pick it up till Monday. Fortunately for me they left all the info of the previous owner inside the glove box. I write him an email to see if he had an trouble with the car in the past. He writes me an email saying the car had been modified to stage 2 using tuning software to upgrade the ECU. Without the necessary bolt on modifications the car would not run properly. BM Motors in Rahway apparently aren't willing to check if the ECU are changed/modified on their vehicles. This can happen to ANY car they sell. On Monday 7/16 they do not come to get the car and apparently couldn't arrange it. Had to have a family member around all day to wait and never showed. So Tuesday 7/17 comes and pick up the car to tow its some some guy with a U-Haul rig on a Tahoe. I don't hear nothing from them for the week basically except they want to take it to VW to see if they would take care of it under warranty. I tell them that VW will not cover any vehicle with a modified ECU and it will void the warranty (technically the car had a warranty for the engine until 60k miles). I keep asking them what VW dealership are they taking it to. I never got a straight answer and had to call VW dealers with in a radius of BM Motors to find it. I find out it was delivered to a VW dealership on 7/26 (who were pleasant and truthful) Well they do it anyways and as soon as its tested at VW they say "Hey the ECU has been modified and now your warranty is void" My car sat at VW for nearly a week, they were not able to get through to anyone at BM motors and they were waiting for them to pay. On 7/30 I get the report directly from VW saying all misfires in the cylinders. Vlad later says he's doing me a favor replacing the engine because he doesn't have to (then why did he do it?!) In later phone calls Vlad says they will have a warranty on the replacement engine and the ECU will be changed and a new turbo as well. Today 8/21 I get the call that my car is finally ready. Show up at the time they said I should. The car rolls out and there are grease fingerprints all over it (its white). I look over the car and there is a chip on my passenger fender where the hood meets. Talk to Franky who says the only warranty is a 30 day on the labor. I ask him about the warranty on the engine that was promised by Vlad. He says I have to purchase that. Not something that Vlad had mentioned in the past. I ask for paperwork on the new engine. It took them an hour to just make up paperwork and they say it has "15k miles" but the only way I know that is some invoice they made up on the spot. They send out this kid Sam who is a salesperson and try to talk to me. He just makes me angrier saying its my fault for purchasing a car with a flashed ECU and I should know that Golf R's would probably be modified. I told him THEY should know. I just leave at that point cause its like talking to a wall. More
