Listened to my complaint and took action My salesperson, Extania, was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail and worked within my budget to get me a good deal. She even went above and beyond when we found out that the tires were badly worn out on the vehicle. She contacted her service manager, made arraignments to have the tires replaced and followed up with me afterwards to make sure that I was happy. Great job Extania and BM motors More
Wonderful experience....till I left They were wonderful getting me the car. Then once I left, the issues started. First, they never returned my license to me. So when I realized, I had to spend $20 on an Uber each way to get it back. (There were several other licenses on the table with mine. Which makes me think this isn't a one time thing) Second, it took so long for them to get me my plates and registration that I was driving with expired plates and registration for several days from their month long temporary license and registration. (I was told about a month after I bought the car that it was ready for pickup even though I had been told it would be shipped. So finally, about a week later after I contacted them, it was shipped. They also included a $20 refund (Bribe would be a better word) for the money I lost because of their mistake with the license. They said they were going to send $40 if it would change my negative review to a positive one! But they only sent $20 in the end. (So definitely don't trust the positive reviews for this place. They're paying off customers). Lastly, I was denied financing for the car by the bank that we applied to. Fine. It happens. But now, a month later, I have received and am still receiving letters in the mail from over a dozen financial companies saying I was denied! So they illegally shared my information with so many companies! I don't know how many it'll be in the end. I'm trying to reach some higher ups to stop the mail spam. But we'll see. If this doesn't turn you away, I don't know what will. More

Buyer beware! Do NOT i repeat do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership! Back in march I purchased from them and it by far has been the worst experience ever! Do NOT i repeat do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership! Back in march I purchased from them and it by far has been the worst experience ever! I do not even know where to begin. Two weeks after having the vehicle there was a funky scent coming from under the hood turned out there was a leak in the radiator and one of my headlights completely blew out. Went and got that fix. After getting that fixed the sensor for the washer fluid was constantly on..had to get that reset. A month later the sunroof would not automatically close like it should. Got that fixed. Mind you I live 45min away. Two weeks later after a few days of constant rain my roof started leaking! I was given the runaround until they finally decided to give me the time of day to look at my vehicle and determine the problem. They then said they would give me a discount on a rental.... not much of a discount. 5 days later and almost $250 rental out of my pocket..I picked up my car assuming the leak was fixed. So today after one day of constant rain guess what?.....my roof is leaking!!! Pretty annoyed about this whole situation. Obviously the vehicle was not properly inspected like they claim they do to every single one of their vehicles. So please look elsewhere unless you want to be disappointed!!!!! More

Very Unhappy with purchase.. Its been just about 6 months since I purchased the 2017 Honda Accord Sport from this dealership. The head light that the dealership had replaced due t Its been just about 6 months since I purchased the 2017 Honda Accord Sport from this dealership. The head light that the dealership had replaced due to it being the wrong headlight that didn't have a second insert for the LED light has BURNED OUT. Clearly not a Honda part. How could this break so soon and why would it?? Who ever installed the headlight also glued the top part of the plastic to the headlight where the other light has no glue on it. Not the correct fix.. It's also missing a plastic cover near the top part of the grill that I didn't noticed until now. The car is also making rattling and crunching noises with the steering and driver side wheel. I feel I was lied to about the extent of the accident this car was in and clearly the carfax is wrong and SOMEONE ALTERED IT, it does not just have "cosmetic damage". No wonder why a 2017 car was being sold for $16,000 because it was not fully looked over and repaired before being put out for Sale. It even had a flat tire with a bubble in it when I went to test drive it. What are you going to do about the headlight?? At this point I don't even want to take this car back to this dealership because it seems the car was rough handled BOTH times it had been brought back and things are either broken or parts are missing.
