LOST Plates I purchased a vehicle on November 30, 2018 and traded my vehicle as part of the transaction. After taking possession of the new vehicle, the dealer wa I purchased a vehicle on November 30, 2018 and traded my vehicle as part of the transaction. After taking possession of the new vehicle, the dealer was not able to remove the rear license plate from my trade in and assured me that they would get it off in their service department and not to worry. I followed up with the sales representative on December 4 and was told that the plate was off and that I could pick it up. I went in towards the end of that week to learn that the plate was nowhere to be found. That evening, my husband returned to the dealership and found that there were a number of license plates that were in disarray and they were not able to find my plate. The larger issue is that I opted to transfer the registration of my vanity plate. I submitted my registration to the finance manager via email on 12/1/18 with the understanding that my registration would be processed. Despite a number of calls, no one has been able to resolve the issue with the missing plate or my failure to receive NJMVC documents that would permit me to inspect my car and use the vanity plates that I purchased (and are still within the registration period). I have been told that the plate would be mailed overnight. I was also told recently that they were going to purchase a replacement plate for me through the Rahway mvc. My concern is not being able to drive my car without the proper documents and the potential loss of a plate that means so much to me. Their fee for registration and title service is $599 and they have fallen woefully short on delivering. More
Waste of time I emailed on Tuesday about a truck they had online. Got a phone call Wednesday. Spoke with Craig. Told him I would like to come up Thursday morning to see it. He said he was off but would be back in Friday. I told him that would be fine. Got a call Thursday from Nicole. I told her which vehicle I was interested in and that I was planning on driving up Friday morning to see it. She said it was a new arrival and still hadn’t been detailed but would make sure they got it ready for me. Nicole phoned me first thing Friday morning to tell me it would be ready for inspection at 11am and that if there was any change she would call me back to let me know. (Oh, and BTW, there was absolutely no follow-up done by Craig.) I drove up there and arrived at 11am and walked around the lot looking for the truck. Not seeing it, we went inside and were greeted by Val. After being made to wait for a little while, Val returned stating that the truck was at the Ford dealership and would be back in an hour or so! Nonsense!!! I’m not waiting around another hour or more when I had an appointment. I find it wholly unconscionable that they would even ask that! Waste if my entire morning and gas just to drive up there in the pouring rain, for what? NOTHING! Thanks a lot, BM Motor Cars. Way to do business! More

Not happy with this dealership The sales person that sold me the car Jeff did a nice job. His sales manager do not act very professional. Yell at his staff in front of customers let's go get your work done. Not very professional. I would not recommend anybody to go to your dealership to buy a car. The sales manager also argued with me, I am the customer. Sales manager did not represent your company in a good way. Very disappointed. More
