Sold The Car I Put A Deposit On To Someone Else A couple weeks ago I negotiated the sale of a BMW X5 M with one of their sales reps there. After sending over EVERYTHING they asked for to hold the c A couple weeks ago I negotiated the sale of a BMW X5 M with one of their sales reps there. After sending over EVERYTHING they asked for to hold the car for purchase (copy of drivers license, copy of insurance, credit card authorization form, etc.), they assured me the car was mine and that it was okay for me to order an inspection on the vehicle from an independent service. After receiving the inspection back (everything looked good) I wanted to move forward with the purchase, however, I never heard from them again. After trying to reach the sales rep a couple times I called the manager to find out that THEY SOLD THE CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE!!! I couldn't believe it. I still have the text message from the sales rep stating the car is "100% mine" and that's it's okay to order the inspection. I purchased a vehicle from Bmmotorcars and before discussing the vehicle I purchased with the dealership I talked to Jeff in sales and told him that I was from out-of-state I would not be there in person to look at it however if I could work with a company who was honest and someone who would have full disclosure of the vehicle I was interested in we might be able to work out a deal Jeff assured me that he & the company he worked for are honest people who would give me full disclosure of the vehicle that should have been a red flag right from the beginning with this company completely wrong they are lying xxxxxxxx, I asked them about the condition of the vehicle he said it was sitting in the showroom right in front of him and he has had plenty of time to look at this vehicle on a daily basis and assured me that there was no dents or scratches on it, that was a lie two large dents on the roof right in front of the sunroof scratches on the driver side door below the door handle two dents in the rear quarter panel by the decklid, I inquired about the brakes multiple times every time I did they said that the brakes were in good condition and did not need any repair vylad who calls himself the general manager stated the rotors were "as smooth as a baby's BUTT" and did not need any repair to them and he also stated he drove this vehicle for two weeks prior to putting it in the showroom, so after multiple phone call conversations emails back and forth I purchased the vehicle with my wife and had the vehicle delivered to my residence when the truck driver dropped it off the truck driver pointed out the dents the scratches the gouges in the rims and he's not even a car salesman he does not even work at a dealership he's a truck driver and he noticed these areas didn't even have a chance to look at it for weeks inside the showroom however he was able to spot them, so needless to say when I received the vehicle it made its first trip to the dealership where it needed $5,000 in repairs, the second trip to the dealership the vehicle needed $800 in repairs, those repair cost do not include the $3,500 I was quoted for the brakes that are BAD! the comment I received from the dealership I took it to is the brakes are not safe for driving and someone had cut the brake sensors the assumption is the brake sensors were cut so it would not show on the dash that the brakes were in need of service however when you look at the rotors you could tell that they had multiple grooves and were extremely warm down definitely not as "smooth as a baby's butt" when inquiring about the tires I was told by Jeff the tires were at least 50% in the rear and 75% in the front he was close to being correct in the front they were actually 54% good and the rears are worn down to the wear bars not SAFE for driving on any road, I have asked for the pre-inspection sheet on the vehicle multiple times I was told they would send it over to me it shows on the Carfax the date that the pre inspection was done however I have still not received IT, my assumption is they never sent me the pre-inspection sheet because they knew the brakes were bad and that the sensors were cut and the tires were bald. I was also told that they were going to ship me a Maserati car cover on multiple occasions I received emails and phone calls stating that they were shipping it never received the car cover $1,000 value, when I spoke with vylad after receiving the car and expressing all my concerns he offered me $300 so we "didn't have a bad taste in our mouth" & he also wanted me to leave him a good review. Those are the words he used I declined the $300 offer my attorney contacted Michael who then offered me $500 I did not feel that was a valid ofer to resolve the major issues with the car. I would not accept a petty brive from a dishonest dealership that scammed & misled me I should be ashamed of myself for dealing with such people. By the way I called the owner an average of 3 times per day left messages had him paged they sent him emails. & texts and even after 5 weeks of daily attempts to reach him the owner himself could not even call me back can we say major. xxxxxxx who likes to hide under the skirts of his employees this company should be out of business and they all should be locked up. That is my true opinion of that company. And I'm a hilarious note I received a postcard in the mail from them thanking me for my purchase and offering me money to refer customers to their dealership why they joke I wouldn't refer your worst enemy nor mine that place of business.
