No Matter what the deal is, it's not worth it. While disappointing I understand sales, and that creative angles and a little Photoshop can do a lot. I arranged to look at other cars that weekend so I thanked the dealer for their time and left. They chased me out into the lot asking me to give them a chance to find something, since I'd already driven some distance to get there, I agreed. After 5+ hours on the lot we found a car that I was content with. It was late and the rep was ready to head home so we did a walk through noting a couple of cosmetic issues and some "check" lights from the dashboard including tire pressure. He said somethings would be taken care of while we completed paperwork and the rest would be done on a second visit. It was against their policy for me to leave the car their overnight after purchasing. I didn't understand it but the salesperson and the sales manager both swore up and down to their honorableness and would ensure I was taken care of. After filling out the paperwork the car was brought up with NONE of the issues addressed, I was told it was because service had left for the day, that I should call the next day to coordinate, and instead of using the time to fix things they had taken the car to get gas (the cars are left as empty as possible, also check for rusted brakes and dead batteries). I called about 5 different times over an 8 hour day and sent 3 emails all with no response. Worried about the car I brought it to my mechanic who reset the codes and inspected the vehicle- the tire was leaking air, the brakes on the front were almost completely worn, the alignment was messed up, and the oil was old and almost empty. I called back to coordinate and let them know what my mechanic said so they could have the parts on hand. I was very clear that I REALLY didn't have the option of leaving my car there for more than the one day and was assured that they had ALL the parts to repair the things listed, but if there was anything else they might have to order things and would let me know. My appointment was for the following week, I dropped off my car in the evening and called the next day to review things to find out THE PERSON I MADE THE ARRANGEMENTS WITH HAD QUIT (shocker right?), and no one even knew my car was there. I sat on hold while they located it they said they'd get back to me in 10 minutes. Of course 2 hours later I had to call them back, I was transferred, sat on hold for 20 minutes then someone picked up and hung up, I called back and was transferred to service to be told that my car was being looked at now and they would call me back. I said someone was supposed to call me to review what needed to be done, she asked me to list the things, which I did, and she said she would bring it to the tech and "on her word" I would get a call back shortly. Without fail 2 hours later I called back finally speaking with a technician, he then tried to deny the obligation to do the repairs because “the person who was in charge of that quit”, so he had no way of knowing what needed to be done and would have to speak to the sales manager first and would call me back after... To no one's surprise I had to call back 2 hours later and was told they will do the repairs but DON'T HAVE THE PARTS! No apologies were offered, basically just a, "Well you gotta deal with it bud." Then they said they would not replace the damaged tire they sold the car to me with but would repair it. When I picked up the car after 2 days they hadn’t even done the cosmetic work. This was just before 4th of July, I didn't drive for a few days, when I next went to the same tire was low on air. I called them to let them know and was told I needed to "bring it for evaluation before they could order the tire", it took a full day of back and forth for them to AGREE TO REPLACE THE TIRE THEY HADN'T SUCCESSFULLY REPAIRED ON THE NEW CAR THEY HAD SOLD ME WITH 2 NAILS IN IT. More

HORRIBLE, LIARS THIS REVIEW IS UPDATED NOW August 9 of 2019 #1 SITUATION: I had a horrible experience with this place i bought a used car in here and already my l THIS REVIEW IS UPDATED NOW August 9 of 2019 #1 SITUATION: I had a horrible experience with this place i bought a used car in here and already my loan with my bank and they were pushing me and trying to force me to run my credit again for some benefits which i never allow them to do that and after i got the agreement with this dealer i talked to my bank and they asked me for the Sale license of this dealer when call the dealer there was a guy who said that hes name was bob and it wasn't hes name is actually Jon, then he called me stupid because i told him to send me the sales license, after that i decided to buy the car anyway because that's the car that i wanted and we were agree that they would fix the push start of the car plus the key and guess what they have been giving me excuses all day long and i have to calling all the time and they transfers me to different people and some times they end the call with out telling me anything they said i called you back and they never do i do not recommend this place do not buy a car here, when they want you to buy the car they call you 20 times but when they have to fix something you will have a hard time and you may need a lawyer, #2 SITUATION after i left the number 1 situation review something amazing happened 3 minutes later Extania called me asking me why i left a bad review, the funny thing is that when i was calling because i needed service for my car they never called me but once that i wrote a bad review i got a call right away so funny and on top of that she tried to convinced me telling me that if i remove the review she would get things done and i refuse to removed it because obviously it was a lie because this is how they make business and have the prove of all this. after i talked to her she transferred me to a manager his name was Michael this man tried the same thing and told me that he was helping me i said you are not helping me you are doing your job you were suppose to have my car with the issue of the key fix, and he told me that if i would removed the review i would receive a check of $550 dollars for fix the car i said when i receive the money and my car is fix and i receive my plate and my registration because before the agreement i was very clear if you guys can give me my registration in a week great but if is not im not going to do it and Vlad B promise me that i was going to get my registration in a week and this hasn't happen yet so when i got everything then i will remove the review, and Michael respond me with this OK no problem then because you are not removing the review today you are not receiving the check in one day it will be in 3 business days and next day he sent me pictures about the check and told me that i was going to receive my registration on Wednesday and i called yesterday nobody respond me i left voice mail to Extania and Michael and nothing they never called me back and today i called and talked to Julia the one who works with the paper work of RMV and is funny because she told me just today that she just sent my documents to the RMV so that let me know that they had all my papers in hold for no reason is so ridiculous. #3 SITUATION To this date august 9 of 2019 the haven't fix my car the technician of bmmotorscars saids that the issue of my car was the key i told then that the key was not the issue because of a bulletin of the audi they did not pay attention, they pay for the key the audi program the key and guess what the key didn't work and had went to the audi dealer again pay the labor $178 for them to find the real issue and it is the ignition switch and they said that the cost is $1016.67 and for the noise of my car i had to buy 4 tires because they flipped the tires to make it look new, and mike said that he can just pay me one tire the crazy ting is that they know about it and they have an entire week with escuses and haven't resolve my issue none all this should not ever happened to me but anyways tomorrow august 10 of 2019 i will go there and ill record everything and called all this people out for a such it horrible, customer service and for all the lies that had take place this should not happen and ill share my experience in every website that this dealer IS THE WORST and im doing this for me and for others to help them and bring light and transparency because this should not be handle this way is not right. and be careful about the good reviews that you find in they're website because how they tried to convince me with money who knows if others had wrote reviews for money, DO NOT BUY CARS IN THIS PLACE. 2 months and still do not have title I purchased a car more than 2 months ago and have still been unable to register the vehicle because of title issues. I went last week to the DMV and after sitting for 2 hours I was told the title was incomplete. Now my car has expired temporary tags and registration and the suggestion from management was an letter that said they would reimburse me of legal expenses if I get pulled over! This is very shady business practices. Now I am waiting all day for a call from Michael Fidelman the GM to get some resolution but I am not holding my breathe. Basically I have a car I cannot legally drive..... More
