I was promised by the sales rep that they will fix the de tsunami and scratches on the vehicle for me after buying this vehicle and also was promised to give me a car manual after signing the contact. That didn’t happened and also she wrote on the promissory note for buffer only no paint which I was not aware of it. So the body works did not come out good and I was very pissed and disappointed but Mike was able to calmed me down and reimbursed me for the manual I purchased online and fixed the vehicle to my satisfaction. He provided an excellent service and because of him and Ted , I’ll recommend h Frieda’s to buy from your dealership. More

Salespeople are liars I have been in contact with 3 sales rep all day, travelled more than an hour and kept saying vehicle is available when can I stop by, of course we did I have been in contact with 3 sales rep all day, travelled more than an hour and kept saying vehicle is available when can I stop by, of course we did, took off early from work and more than an hour in traffic and theres no vehicle because its in the body shop?and these sales people dont know that???? Chevy I recently had bought a car from this dealer. I had a few issues with the vehicle that they promised to fix, but when I took it to Chevy they found ha I recently had bought a car from this dealer. I had a few issues with the vehicle that they promised to fix, but when I took it to Chevy they found hanging wires from underneath the car. After a long fight over getting that fixed when I go pick up my vehicle, my husband and I realized that the whole left side was crashed by their staff. Beyond aggravated with this dealer and would never recommend. More

First two weeks later very unprofessional and second I took it to a Chevy dealer and they realized that someone tampered with the wires underneath the car. They tried to hide some mechanical damage. Third I called the service department and they were extremely rude and did not want to give an appointment until a month later. More

While disappointing I understand sales, and that creative angles and a little Photoshop can do a lot. I arranged to look at other cars that weekend so I thanked the dealer for their time and left. They chased me out into the lot asking me to give them a chance to find something, since I'd already driven some distance to get there, I agreed. After 5+ hours on the lot we found a car that I was content with. It was late and the rep was ready to head home so we did a walk through noting a couple of cosmetic issues and some "check" lights from the dashboard including tire pressure. He said somethings would be taken care of while we completed paperwork and the rest would be done on a second visit. It was against their policy for me to leave the car their overnight after purchasing. I didn't understand it but the salesperson and the sales manager both swore up and down to their honorableness and would ensure I was taken care of. After filling out the paperwork the car was brought up with NONE of the issues addressed, I was told it was because service had left for the day, that I should call the next day to coordinate, and instead of using the time to fix things they had taken the car to get gas (the cars are left as empty as possible, also check for rusted brakes and dead batteries). I called about 5 different times over an 8 hour day and sent 3 emails all with no response. Worried about the car I brought it to my mechanic who reset the codes and inspected the vehicle- the tire was leaking air, the brakes on the front were almost completely worn, the alignment was messed up, and the oil was old and almost empty. I called back to coordinate and let them know what my mechanic said so they could have the parts on hand. I was very clear that I REALLY didn't have the option of leaving my car there for more than the one day and was assured that they had ALL the parts to repair the things listed, but if there was anything else they might have to order things and would let me know. My appointment was for the following week, I dropped off my car in the evening and called the next day to review things to find out THE PERSON I MADE THE ARRANGEMENTS WITH HAD QUIT (shocker right?), and no one even knew my car was there. I sat on hold while they located it they said they'd get back to me in 10 minutes. Of course 2 hours later I had to call them back, I was transferred, sat on hold for 20 minutes then someone picked up and hung up, I called back and was transferred to service to be told that my car was being looked at now and they would call me back. I said someone was supposed to call me to review what needed to be done, she asked me to list the things, which I did, and she said she would bring it to the tech and "on her word" I would get a call back shortly. Without fail 2 hours later I called back finally speaking with a technician, he then tried to deny the obligation to do the repairs because “the person who was in charge of that quit”, so he had no way of knowing what needed to be done and would have to speak to the sales manager first and would call me back after... To no one's surprise I had to call back 2 hours later and was told they will do the repairs but DON'T HAVE THE PARTS! No apologies were offered, basically just a, "Well you gotta deal with it bud." Then they said they would not replace the damaged tire they sold the car to me with but would repair it. When I picked up the car after 2 days they hadn’t even done the cosmetic work. This was just before 4th of July, I didn't drive for a few days, when I next went to the same tire was low on air. I called them to let them know and was told I needed to "bring it for evaluation before they could order the tire", it took a full day of back and forth for them to AGREE TO REPLACE THE TIRE THEY HADN'T SUCCESSFULLY REPAIRED ON THE NEW CAR THEY HAD SOLD ME WITH 2 NAILS IN IT. More
