TERRIBLE. We thought BM was a great dealership when we walked away because they were quick, forward and to the point. The whole entire process of buying a car only took about an hour. THEN THIS REVIEW TUR walked away because they were quick, forward and to the point. The whole entire process of buying a car only took about an hour. THEN THIS REVIEW TURNED INTO A 1/5 STAR RATING. They never sent the registration so the car is now I drive able. They made an appointment for us to get the scratches out and oil and everything done, we drove to NJ to find out they’re closed and booked us on a day they’re not even open. Then they tell us to come back in a MONTH. The car is now undriveable due to the registration never being sent, yet we are still paying for it AND THE OWNER IS ASKING FOR AN ADDITIONAL $300!! They still haven’t given us a date to come in and we’ve called at least 10 times. Registration has not been sorted out. TERRIBLE CAR DEALERSHIP! More
