Arthur was very helpful, a complete pro at his job. We did not feel pressure to walk out with a car that day, but made us comfortable enough to make the decision we did, and we are very happy with it. Your salesperson Raj has requested me to rate the service I have received from both of you and BM Motor cars. Here it is: It has been a terrible experience for me after buying a car at BM Motor Cars with I have received from both of you and BM Motor cars. Here it is: It has been a terrible experience for me after buying a car at BM Motor Cars with you. I don't see any way I would recommend this place. As you might remember, my only condition during the purchasing of this car was: I need to have it ready to drive on the first Monday after purchasing it, as I need it for work. I told you and Raj. I was very clear. Well, it seems to be a mission impossible.... definitely not easy to be accomplished. Since day 1, the two problems showed during the test drive (vibration on transmission and airbag alerts on the dashboard - taken as simple to solve at that time) haven't been solved yet. It has been 35 days since the day a bought that 2015 Chrysler 200 and it still parked in your service area since then. Paul and Phill from services have been trying to do something to have it fixed and ready to run - I have been talking to them since day one at the service area. But, I am tired. Every time we speak a new due date is given to me. Every day, a new issue. Every day another day with no solution - and that is the way it has been. Callbacks? If I don't call, nobody will call me. And I have been calling almost every day. Sometimes I don't call just to see if somebody will call me for an update. But I think that is also to mutch to ask. Actually, during all this time, Phill called me once, after one of my calls... I even gave the benefit of the doubt.... a lot of times, as I hope they were not giving me just excuses - that is what I want to believe. I think it has taken too long... now it sounds that every time that I call the service area to have an update, everyone in there just doesn't want to answer my calls. You all have to agree with me that 35 days to have a service done is a huge inconvenience to a customer. Definitely not even close to good customer experience. At this point, I don't even know if this service area knows what they are doing. I called today to follow up with Paul AGAIN, no answer, not available. Asked for Phill, the same answer. You guys have my phone numbers, but I don't think somebody will call me, as it has been like this since always. More
