The only complaint was the high dealer fee. However, Vlad, the Sales Manager listened to my concerns and came through saving me several hundred dollars. The Finance Manager, Jon, was organized, professional and friendly and wasn't trying to pad the deal like so many Finance Managers do! The vehicle was carefully detailed and delivered looking much better than when I initially saw it. I am very pleased with the entire experience and recommend the entire team at BM Motorcars.
