These people sold me a Volkswagen that had had its trash control systems removed, and the exhaust system straight piped. I realize this the day after I bought the car and had a check engine light on first thing in the morning and took it to my mechanic. They sent a lot person to come and take the car, and I took an Uber 90 minutes back to the dealership to pick up my trade and a check for my deposit. That was two months ago and they still haven’t returned the money to Wells Fargo and now I am in collections and they won’t take my phone calls. They do not have their own service center. They do not have a state-of-the-art showroom, only a hole in the wall with weak motivational posters from the 1980s on the walls. BM should stand for big mistake and you would do well to stay away from them unless you were desperate or looking to get taken advantage of. More

Title came day before the temporary expired but NO REGISTRATION. Turns out they never told me the taxes were not paid. How STUPID can a salesperson be when they r handed a deal. NO negotiation, just tell me how much. Then 3 weeks later when I get the title and call, the "GENERAL MANAGER" tells me he "thinks I am rude" and HANGS UP. I have been a salesperson most of my adult life in many fields. NEVER have I hung up on a customer. HOPE the owner reads this. Trust me....DO NOT COME HERE. I could not have been an easier or nicer client until a real issue came up which could easily have been dealt with at purchase. SHAME ON YOU for not disclosing, VERBALLY, that taxes were not paid and hence no registration came. Teach your salespeople better.... More

They sent me confirmation that the car was available and the time of my arrival! Before I left I texted them I was going to be about 30 minutes late they said “No Worries” I arrived. Within 2 minutes they said the car was not available! I drove 45 minutes for nothing! At anytime they could have CALLED,TEXT OR EMAILED me. They ask me if I wanted to look around (bait and switch)!! I just walked out. WORST RUN DEALER EVER! You can tell just on how they handle themselves when you walk in. I can’t emphasize enough how poorly this place operates. Go there at your own risk! More
I bought a 2019 Range Rover Evoque from these jokers a few months ago. One month later it stopped on a busy highway which created a dangerous situation for me and my wife. The car is still having intermittent shut off/no turn on issues. It has been a very difficult situation. I am looking into initiating a lemon law suit. Do not buy from these criminals. Even during the buying process they tried to add an obscene $4000 fee. When they gave me the final all-in "negotiated" price, they did some shady maneuvers by adding the sales tax to this final price. This netted an extra $1600 over the course of the loan. Also, they do this trick where they go over the paperwork on your smartphone (which has a tiny screen) so you cant read any of the price breakdowns and fine print and just end up clicking "confirm" on everything. At the end they try to pressure you into giving a good google review. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!!!! More

The interview was a different color and the damage done to the front of the car was not disclosed on top of us being told that this is a mechanic car that needs more work done to it. We decided to come here after reading the negative reviews because everyone has different experiences but I would never come back to this dealership. Horrible customer service- the guy showing us was very quick to end the conversation when we said that the information posted online is wrong. Absolutely disgusting. More

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! I’ve tried to work with these people but I can’t anymore. This is by far the worst car dealership experience I have ever had from start to finish. You will regret going to BMmotor cars. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this dealership. First off, the salesman Chad was completely unprofessional and incompetent and and that’s just the start. The next thing to know is that the price advertised won’t be what you pay for the car. You will be forced by buy some useless protection plan - tire and wheel protection in my case, just so they can get more money out of you. They refused the sell me the car unless I bought the extra accessories plan that is supposed to be optional. I offered full asking price to the car and they refused to sell it to me and forced me to buy the additional protection plan for 1300$, after much negotiation. You can get this same road hazard coverage plan anywhere else for $10 a tire. Second thing is the car was damaged when I went to look at it on the lot, very different from what was advertised. They claimed the lot attendant smashed it while moving. It also had numerous scratches that they promised me will be gone by the time I receive the car. The car was supposed to me washed and scratches buffed out upon delivery. They never buffed the car. And lied to me that they did!! I took pictures and videos for before and after comparisons. It was NEVER DONE. Even though This was written in the sales contract but they never buffed the car. Also on the day of purchase I didn’t get to take the car home because they had to fixed the damages front end that was smashed and buffed out the dents and scratches. They told me the car would be ready and shipped to me within 3 to 4 days. This was September 24th 2022. I didn’t receive the car until the 6th of October. And that was after many frantic calls, emails and texts. 90% of which they were unresponsive to. Next in this horrible saga is, the salesman couldn’t find my insurance documents and did not “remember” if he transferred my plates from the trade in to the new car.! So they gave me a temporary 30 day tag with the car. As the 30 days was approaching I kept asking about my registration and what was taking so long. Initially Jon, the finance manager gave me an ETA the week of 24th. When I followed up he said it’s a hold up at NY dmv as there has been backlog at dmv. So I called NY dmv and gave them my information, they informed me that nothing was submitted! And that there was no backlog. So I email the dealership back and asked for the tracking # used the send the info to dmv. They couldn’t provide one. Then the manager Vlad email me back and said I should reach out to a person name Karina because she handles registrations. When I emailed Karina she said nothing was sent as there is/was an issue with the car’s title. After several back and forth, The registration documents was sent to dmv on 11/1/2022. The whole excuse about dmv backlog was completely fabricated. Now the last straw in this miserable experience is, they were supposed to send me another Temporary tag so I could keep driving until I receive the car registration from dmv. The tags expired 11/02. I have been calling and emailing them about this since the past two weeks. I never received an extended tag. So now I have to either stop driving the car until then, or risk getting pulled over by cops for driving on the expired temporary tags. BM motor cars is a nightmare. Learn from my mistake. Go somewhere else!!! More

BEWARE - This place will run your credit 20 times and the sales department is unreliable, unprofessional and not well versed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! If you are considering.
