Best place ever to buy my Lexus Not only do they have an amazing selection of the best luxury cars, they have the customer service to go with it! About 8 months after purchasing my L Not only do they have an amazing selection of the best luxury cars, they have the customer service to go with it! About 8 months after purchasing my Lexus from BBC, I heard a noise under my car and took it to a local dealership to get it looked over. The dealership found the problem and added a few washers and a screw to a protective plate under the car and promptly charged me $150 for doing so. The dealership then proceeded to tell me that they found fluid on the outside of one of the boots under car and that all my struts would need to be replaced... on a car with 36,000 miles... I called BBC, took the car in and they told me the struts were perfectly fine and that the fluid on the boot was probably just tire shine... BBC saved me $1600!!!! The Lexus dealership also looked into my change drawer next to my steering column that the spring pop out on it after hitting it with my knee. They told me it was not reparable and a new one would run me "$450 including installation"... What? are you kidding me? BBC looked at it, called me 15 minutes later and said it was fixed, free of charge... Thank you so much BBC for being honest and taking such great care of your customers!!! More

On the other hand, most if not all my previous car buying experiences left me feeling exhausted and disgusted. I am simply not wired for the mind games, the haggling, the hidden fees and warranty pressures that are so typical of the “regular” car buying experiences that it makes me scared. So much so that this time around I had almost made my mind up to get a used vehicle from Carvana or CarMax. Fate, it seems, had other plans. My searches resulted in a couple of vehicles with low mileage, clean Carfax and all the options I wanted, albeit from an unknown-to-me dealer in the Dallas area. I have had bad experiences with “unknown” dealers before. The website is not a fancy one but had all the relevant information. I submitted a web form and received a prompt and concise reply from one of the owners -Jason. I asked him a lot of questions via email and received responses in a timely manner. Not once did he intrude or impose, and I appreciated that. He even agreed for me to take the vehicle out to a mechanic of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection. And, so I took off from work on a weekday and we went to check the car out. The dealership is in a warehouse-style building close to the Dallas medical district next to I35E. The office is simple but tasteful. Nothing screamed extravagance as you see at some “modern” dealerships these days. Guess who is paying for those décor and amenities? The staff seemed busy and laid back at the same time. During the test drive, my wife noticed some water spots which were removed very quickly. We liked the car and we really liked Jason! He was patient and attentive and overall very nice. And so, we bought the car and was out the door in less than 3 hours total! After about a week I found the original sticker inside the manuals which indicated a cargo net was installed from the factory – which we did not find in our car. Also, there was a bit crooked rubber seal in one of the windows. I emailed Jason and he immediately offered to fix the window seal and install a cargo net for us! I took some pictures on my second visit there. While looking at their inventory, you will notice that they are pretty picky about the cars they buy and offer for sale. Most if not all of them are low mileage one owner lease return vehicles loaded with options. And, then they price them right. On top of that their customer interactions are no-pressure, no-gimmick and upfront. This makes BBC one truly hidden gem of a car dealership. So that is my car buying story and when I need to buy another car, the first place I will look will be bbcmotorsports.com Who would have thought I would go gaga over a car dealership! More

They were up front about the history of the car and what I could expect on a trade in for my vehicle and gave me what I needed to shop around for financing through other banks. In the end, the best financing terms were the ones they were able to find me. I've heard a lot of horror stories about car dealerships and mom and pop shops, but you won't find any of that here. I highly recommend them. More

We just bought it blindfolded, sight unseen, something we've never done before. We've bought many cars in our almost 80 years but never had a salesperson like NEAL. He was so low pressure, gentlemanly, thoughtful, knowledgeable and kind. He did EXACTLY what he said he would do and we now have an incredible vehicle sitting in our garage here in NH. What I read elsewhere was true - it feels like a showroom where you can drop by to look at vehicles, ask questions, and if you are interested in buying something - then awesome! If not, thanks for dropping by. The owner, Jason, made my fiancé and I feel comfortable from the get-go. I had already looked at a lot of Jeeps, and knew what I was looking for. This Jeep was just about perfect (even though he had several more that were similar), but he didn’t push me to make a decision on the spot. He offered an overnight test-drive, and said to just give him a shout if I needed anything or had any questions. There was never pressure to buy, but constant help in confirming that this was indeed the car for me. They wanted to make sure the purchase, including the financing deal, etc., worked well for me. If it didn’t, then they were happy shaking hands and hoping to help next time. When I finally made the decision to buy, a quick form online, and my credit was run and I had options in front of me in 30 minutes. I drove back up to BBC and was in and out in another half hour with everything signed, a great extended warranty in place, and with my money exactly where I needed it to be. Even the finance guy was friendly and easy going! Don’t go anywhere and get hassled and pushed onto a car or deal you’re not happy with. Just drop by BBC, ask for Jason or anyone else, and relax. More
