Had a good experience - 2012 QX56 Overall, I had a good experience, Andre was very friendly, give you this feeling more of a friend vs a salesperson who tries to make you buy. The only reason why I didn't give them a 5 stars, its because the vehicle headlight wasn't working, part of it is on me for not noticing that and part of it is on the dealer, they should have had their mechanic checked everything before releasing the vehicle to the purchaser. As soon as I called Andre, he asked for me to take the vehicle to get it fix, Once I took it back, they got it fixed and I was more of a happy customer. Geroge the finance guy was willing to work with me to make sure we sure we had a common ground. As I said, I wouldn't knock them totally for the headlights, I will recommend them to anyone.
