This is by far the worst company and business I have ever been to. The overall business model is to sell the car and get it off the lot not for the car to be in working condition. I drove the vehicle home and it had no check engine light on but the minute I had started it to get grocery’s the lights were on and I was forced to go to autozone to see what issues are wrong with the car within an hour of purchasing. This is a complete inconvenience for anyone but I am a working man and I work daily in the city for long shifts and this was not what I was planning on doing 30 minutes before I have to leave. Then when we had called about the issues which It did in fact have 2 issue code they said they would fix for free no charge. So we had went and it was a hour long drive we don’t live around the corner for them to say to us the most that we are able to do is 50/50 where the labor is free and we pay for parts but this was an absolute rip off as they would have upcharged on parts and I was told multiple times that the vehicle was in perfect running condition I test drove it and there was 0 lights on no issue. When I suddenly go home the lights turn on super shady and bad business model. Also forgot to mention how when I mentioned I worked in the city late and was mad about the auto zone trip he came at me like I was aggressive and he said I’m not a kid don’t treat me like that when I was explaining my anger and upset ness I was extremely respectful and nice to him I just wanted a working vehicle and was trying to explain how it was wrong that he had given me a car that was told to me by Samantha the person who sent the above review without my consent. I was told it runs perfect and now I have to pay fees for the mechanic the practically told me to xxxx off and the most they would do is a 50/50. Overall horrible business and I would never shop here. If I could give this business 0 stars I would I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed I am a younger adult and this is a lot of money for me. Overall for the people who are viewing this who work there you are the xxxx of the earth. All you get from this company is lies directly to your face if it’s not in paper it’s not true. More

Don’t go to this place! This place is great to sell you a car but when they sell you a car that has problems from the moment you drive off the lot their mechanics don’t know This place is great to sell you a car but when they sell you a car that has problems from the moment you drive off the lot their mechanics don’t know what they are doing. Took my car back twice for the same reason. They don’t give you straight answers and you have to hound them on the phone everyday for someone to tell you we are working on it. The service manager is a joke. Picked up the car and the same problem is happening so after 2 weeks of them having my car they did nothing. Their mechanics are incompetent. I will never send a family member or friend to purchase a care there. Terrible! More

2 hours to get there for nothing. I was told over the phone that my proof of income and my credit score were good enough to get the car. I explained multiple times over the phone that i live 2 hours away and i was not going to drive there for nothing. I was reasurred numerous times i would be leaving with a car. After being there for 4 hours they tell me my credit score and proof of income are not good enough to get the car... the same things they reassured me about over the phone multiple times. Not only did i not get the car. But they didnt try to work with me one bit. Did not even offer any other options. Absolute waist of time. The only good part about this place is the girl who works at the desk! More
