If you want to be able to drive your card- don't buy here! Purchased our car back mid October and it has been now over a month with no registration or plates, they don't follow up, the salesman Andre once he g Purchased our car back mid October and it has been now over a month with no registration or plates, they don't follow up, the salesman Andre once he got his commission check did not care about us as customers- ignores messages, can never answer our questions on the status of our plates. The manager Sergio is extremely rude and unprofessional and not accommodating to the fact that we are paying car payments and insurance on a car we cannot drive. I wish I read the Yelp reviews of many people with the same experience trying to simply get their car on the road. DO NOT waste your time here. Not worth it, they don't even fill up the gas tank when you take it off the lot or detail the car nicely, we had to clean it ourselves. More

Then I get the truck no gas, I had to put gas in the truck. The tank was on empty. That is how they did me. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!! More

Broken promises and poor follow up Bought a car from them about 7 weeks ago. Was looking for a specific car and found it online and flew from Florida to pick it up and drive back. Told Bought a car from them about 7 weeks ago. Was looking for a specific car and found it online and flew from Florida to pick it up and drive back. Told Peter that I didn't want any surprises. First surprise was the extra fees that came up to about $2k. Was ready to walk out and fly back but they changed their tune enough that I stayed. Second, they promised that the 2nd key fob would be mailed to me in a packet with the title and registration. Never happened!!! Third, I questioned the tires and they said "no, they are fine." Sure enough, the tire I especially questioned blew just a few weeks later and had to get all 4 replaced because they were far enough gone. Fourth, one of the rims was cracked at has to be replaced at $500. Finally talked with Peter on Monday 10/28. He promised to call me back and 5 days later still nothing, not even regarding the key fob which was promised from the start and expensive to replace. Beware!!!! More
