VERY UNETHICAL EXPERIENCE Let me say that this dealer experience is problably the most mess up experience I ever had. The crazy part is that they want to force you to purchase extra stuff like GAP insurance and extented warranty and when I said i'm not intrested that I just want the car, they refuse to sell it to me. The internet price is a lie because they want to charge you there so call "certification fee" of over $1,600 on top of the prices. How the xxxx the total cost go from 14,995 to $23,000 dollars!!! I step out for lunch and when I came back, they use the famous "Someone just purchase the car" just to refuse to sell me the car. Do yourself a favor. AVOID THIS DEALER!! More

Unethical dealership I put a deposit down on a used car from out of state and bought a plane ticket to pick it up. THE WORST! I purchased a vehicle from here and after they claimed the car had NO issues and they did a bumper to bumper inspection, it literally broke down when I left the lot. I called them to ask if they claimed the car had NO issues and they did a bumper to bumper inspection, it literally broke down when I left the lot. I called them to ask if they could fix the problem and they basically told me it’s NOT their issue and refused to do anything. They are completely unprofessional and rude!!! Samatha has no idea what she is talking about and the only thing she seems to do well is arguing with customers! And she presents as if she is customer focused but beware after you sign your name and the sale is done her demeanor changes! She actually cussed at me! Thank God I’m not the same person I used to be because LAWD KNOWS!!! I ended up having to involve my attorney to get this resolved!!! ALL I CAN SAY IS RUN! AND RUN FASSSSTTTTT They are con artist, scammers, and a complete NIGHTMARE! Run the other way! Seriously!!! I would rather walk on hot coal then purchase one of their cars!!! More
