This is our first time dealing with a used car dealership and I have to say overall it was a very good experience. Not like this stereotypical used car dealer that you read about and hear about in the movies and I have to say overall it was a very good experience. Not like this stereotypical used car dealer that you read about and hear about in the movies. It was very simple to work with one. He was very accommodating and very nice. I feel that he went over the top to help us and answer our questions. I do believe that there were some things either by mistake or through just company policy that I feel had been left out of explaining to us such as the broken sunroof and potential leak in the AC among other things but we won't know the full extent to those issues until we get a diagnostic on the car. But overall they were accommodating and very easy to work with. More
