I BOUGHT A 2018 LEXUS RX350 F SPORT ON 11/21/20 AND SAMANTHA WAS MY SALES REP. I FINANCED 3 CARS BEFORE AND WAS NEVER CHARGED THESE MISCELLANEOUS FEES THAT AXIS MOTORS CHARGED THAT CAME OUT TO BE OVER SAMANTHA WAS MY SALES REP. I FINANCED 3 CARS BEFORE AND WAS NEVER CHARGED THESE MISCELLANEOUS FEES THAT AXIS MOTORS CHARGED THAT CAME OUT TO BE OVER $5000!!!! THEY DEFINITELY RIPPED ME OFF AND I FELT SCAMMED SINCE SHE NEVER EVEN BROKE DOWN THE FEES FOR ME AND DIDN’T EVEN ASK ME TO TEST DRIVE THE CAR BEFORE SIGNING. I DON’T KNOW WHAT KIND OF CAR BUSINESS THEY ARE RUNNING WHEN YOU DON’T EVEN OFFER A TEST DRIVE BEFORE SIGNING! I was looking all around for a newer used car that could fit my budget and this was the only place that cared about what I wanted and not about what they have to sell. When I came to this dealership, I came for a specific car. But somehow a guy named Igor who is their finance manager and a salesman Juan convinced me that I am going to get a loan for another car and not car. But somehow a guy named Igor who is their finance manager and a salesman Juan convinced me that I am going to get a loan for another car and not this one even though both cars are the same year. So, they tricked me to buy another car and gave me extremely high rate. After several months because I was not happy with this car, I came there to make a trade in. I found the car I wanted but again they convinced me to purchase a gap insurance for $800 whilst in every dealership this insurance costs $200 the most. In addition to that , they insisted I buy a warranty for engine and transmission for the price of $2500. I was hesitant to add that much of an extra money but they’ve assured me that if I decide to sell the car before the warranty ends , I will get the partial refund back. So, I’ve decided to buy another car and guess what? I can’t get any money back. I called Juan several times and he never really got back to me. I spoke to Igor and he told me that he was in a bad mood and he’ll call me later. And he never did. So I called to the sales manager and he made up a story basically saying that I will never get any money back. So think twice before buying any car from Axis motor. They might sell you something that you didn’t want and trick you to buy insurance that you didn’t need for a heck of a price. More
