I really wanted to give a higher rating, but can't. Purchased a 2015 Rav4 one week ago. Axis Motors charged $1599 for the detailing and "checking of the car". I felt I could trust that the car was in good condition since Axis had "checked" it. I guess that was my fault. It is already at the mechanics. The car needs a new rear differential coupling assembly, new tires because of cupping, and back brakes. I guess I was a fool. $20,000 and this is what I got. Our sales rep Samantha was very nice and so was the loan officer. But I didn't need nice. I needed a working vehicle. Called Axis but they were no help. Beware of purchasing a vehicle from them. More
