This is my worst experience ever I called the dealer this morning and inquire about a car they told me the car is ready and everything is good to go so I left Brooklyn and came to NJ at their location only t morning and inquire about a car they told me the car is ready and everything is good to go so I left Brooklyn and came to NJ at their location only to learn that the said car is not ready and is not even on site,I then spoke to a manager on site for a few who said to me do whatever you want to do because he can’t do anything, no sorry or compensation for gas or tolls. This dealership is misleading, liars and will sell you anything just to receive a profit. They sold me a car with a check engine light on and needed parts. I bought the car in October and they have been lying about fixing the problem. Since then, til now in the second week of January I have transmission issues that the warranty may not even cover. I drove all the way from Philadelphia to this place and received the same treatment I thought my home town would have done. I’m in deep regret and completely unhappy. I hope this saves another person from the heart ache they have caused me in three months. More
