I had inquired about a vehicle I saw on line twice about a week before someone reached out to me and a day later it sold. Everyone that I spoke to was kind and considerate including one of the managers but a week before someone reached out to me and a day later it sold. No clue which it was. I have no other dealings with them and have nothing against them. Just telling my experience for you to do with it what you will. More

Purchased a car from this dealership on 4/28. The car had a "moderate" accident on its carfax report so I opted to play it safe and also purchase the optional warranty as well. It took less tha The car had a "moderate" accident on its carfax report so I opted to play it safe and also purchase the optional warranty as well. It took less than 1 day to determine that the vehicle had several issues, which while a nuisance, I had the "major guard" warranty to cover it....Or so I thought. Turns out the warranty company "doesn't cover" the vast majority of things that need to be repaired. A $3000 fee was included in the sales price for their "safety inspection" in which somehow they forgot to check the basic fluids, had no freon in it so the A/C didn't work and the transmission had an error code that wasn't addressed. So I'm out roughly $6000 on their warranty that doesn't cover anything and their inspection that didn't fix anything and now I have to pay out of pocket for the repairs as well. When I try to call them to address these issues they have my name wrong in the system each time. I also still haven't heard a word from their Title & Registration department in regards to getting plates for my purchase. This was not just the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car, its the worst experience I've ever heard of. I will likely never buy a pre-owned vehicle again.
