Had an online deal to buy a car from them. Obtained financing on my own and informed the dealer that I would be down to close the deal. I live 5 hours away. I called and asked about the amount to finance and if the online deal is going to be honored. I was told yes by Bryonna, that they honor the online deal through Cargurus. I obtained the loan and the check was being mailed to me to take to the dealer. I got on the website to get the address to make the trip and the dealer had raised the price by $3000.00 in 2 days. So I called them. I was transferred multiple times and finally a "manager" got on the phone and said they are under no obligation to honor any online deals and that due to "market value" the price had gone up. Mind you, the price had dropped multiple times through the month of December, but miraculously after I got my loan the "market value" increased. There are numerous complaints about this dealership pulling the same type of fraudulent advertising. Stating they list it below market price to bring in buyers and then surprise them with "adjusted market values" added to their loan. I spoke with Carguru's who said it is illegal for this dealership to practice like this and to void deals that are already made. Carguru's is also filing a complaint as they have a contract with the dealership to make online deals for them. Now, I have a loan for a car that I DO NOT even have possession of. More
