I was told that lender and the interest was all that really changed. I signed and didn't receive updated paperwork. I didn't think anything of it. Three months later a car smashed into the side of my jeep. That's how I found out that there was prior damage to the frame of the jeep mind you they said it was one of the best they didn't have to do anything to it to resale. Had us thinking it was bought and towed by RV most it's life. Like brand new. I also found out they lowered the maintenance package and took out the gap insurance. They are not your friends they are salesman and will pull everything to make a sale. Buy with caution take the vehicle to someone you can trust and get your own gap insurance through your own insurance so you know you have it plus it's cheaper. I will never go through them ever and I don't want anyone I know going to them. More
Axio Auto is my favorite car dealership in Boise, Idaho. JR and the team are great to work with and can seem to find any car no matter what. And super happy and being able to work with them. I hope and pray these guys will step up and do what they promised. So far, we have several issues that have not been resolved with the car. To their credit, they did fix the windshield, but there are still promised. So far, we have several issues that have not been resolved with the car. To their credit, they did fix the windshield, but there are still several major issues they have not addressed. The worst issue involves registration. i went to the DMV to register the car and was told they could not because of some sort of issue with the title and the credit union that held the loan prior to us buying the car. We were told the title was being over nighted to the Boise store today but not sure this is going to fix the issue. The dealer needs to take care of this right away because the temp tags have expired and they dont seem to care. We were told at the dealership that we should go ahead and drive the car and if we got a ticket, to take it to the store and they would pay for it. The dumbest thing i have ever heard. More
My experience with Axio was deeply disappointing and disheartening. Throughout our interactions with JR and Eden, the transparency we expected was replaced by a series of deceitful actions. Promised a w disheartening. Throughout our interactions with JR and Eden, the transparency we expected was replaced by a series of deceitful actions. Promised a warranty that never materialized and fed inaccurate details about the previous owner's selling price, our trust was eroded from the outset. To make matters worse, after being presented with a price at 6:30 p.m., we were stunned to discover a $1,500 increase when we followed up the next morning. These underhanded sales tactics left us feeling manipulated and deceived, questioning the ethical standards of this dealership. While I believe Eden may have good intentions, it seems that JR's profit-driven focus overshadows any commitment to customer satisfaction. The blatant disregard for honesty and the willingness to say anything for a sale cast a shadow over the entire experience. I strongly caution potential buyers to steer clear of Axio and explore alternatives that prioritize integrity and transparency. More
