We take great pride in our customers experience, but at times we miss that expectation and have to reassess our procedures and processes. Your comments are taken very seriously and we have been in communication with the appropriate individuals at Toyota Motors Sales regarding your situation. In regards to your concerns, warranty claims must be authorized by the factory in order for us to complete the designated work, and due to circumstances that were communicated to you, it was declined. We do, however, recommend setting up a follow-up appointment with the Regional Field Technician to resolve your concerns. Please let us know if you would like us to arrange that meeting.
