Made an appointment with Avondale Toyota this morning for 9 am oil change. I am there at 8:45 am I walked away very disappointed with the service, which there was NONE. I waited until 11 am text my serviced advisor (Michael) no response, I then went to his desk, @ 11:30 wasn't there, finally he shows up, I asked him if my Highlander is ready, tells me he doesn't know and walks out to find out. Comes back and tells me I am next in line, mind you it's now 11:42 (time stamped on bottom of my no work accomplished receipt) I have never received this type of service here. Very disappointed I left with the service, wasted almost 3 hours there, with no service. I would not recommend this dealership until these errors/problems are fixed. Sad because we did purchase this highlander from them. More

Excellent experience working with Valentino, he made the process of buying a vehicle very easy. My initial experience with the dealership was very poor however, they followed up and apologized if not addressing all my problems. After purchasing a vehicle, I noticed some badging missing and decide however, they followed up and apologized if not addressing all my problems. After purchasing a vehicle, I noticed some badging missing and decided to do some further research. Although, the Carfax the dealer provided indicated the vehicle had not been in any accidents. After more calls and research I find out there had been glass replaced, and the vehicle had been repainted without the badging replaced. So, now I’ve got a “certified pre owned” vehicle with poor bodywork and paint repair and a shady history. This dealership was shady and hard to deal with from the beginning. The ONLY reason I bought from them was because I flew out to buy a hard to find Tundra. The salesman I initially spoke to was not available. The deal was sloppy from the beginning. The manager who followed up on my initial complaint was unconcerned and uninterested in my issues with this dealer. I doubt I will buy another Toyota but especially will only deal with private parties. I feel like I got ripped-off and they don’t care because it’s all about volume sales. Would avoid! More

Not only was all the paperwork expertly and efficiently completed without me sitting there for 4 hours, Valentino delivered the vehicle, gave me an introduction to the technologies, helped me move my personal items with my trade in, then took the trade in, all within an hour and in the heat here in Phoenix at the end of June. Valentino is very accommodating and super easy to deal with. Valentino will go above and beyond to ensure that you have the best experience. This is and was the best car buying experience I have ever been a part of. I will be returning to both Valentino and Avondale Toyota, which is the most significant endorsement I can give. More
