Tony Staggs reached out after I inquired about a car for my parents. He invited us to come in and take a look at a few cars. I was hesitant and ready for an all out dealer battle. We drove up, parked and we're greeted by two ladies who offered us water. They called Tony to let him know we arrived I was ready to get haggled but wasn't feeling it. Tony arrived he greeted me and my parents. Super cool guy, he took my parents to see some cars, my dad didn't like one of the cars and Tony told him exactly what he needs to do to get the options my dad wanted. My dad looked at the options and decided on the car he wanted. Tony invited us inside to start the paperwork. Super quick, Tony went over my dad's options, pushed NOTHING! offered everything but pushed absolutely NOTHING! which is what made our experience so xxxx nice. My dad paid for his car, Tony shook his hand and we were out. I expected the dealer to be the villainous type the entire time and this was so far from the truth. When I'm ready for a new car I'll come back, Thank you for the positive experience and making my parents car purchase quick and easy. More

Recently my recent purchase hasn’t been the best (not he’s fault) but issues with purchased vehicle however Rafa and Kelly, Adriana (service dept) have been on top of things very helpful. Although this car has been a nightmare it does not change or impact my continued support and purchasing from Rafa and Avondale Toyota! Hope to get this car fixed correctly (kids choice) or look into my options to sell back/trade in or possible a lemon. More
