Today, Orlando and Toyota of Avondale helped me get out of 2 vehicles that I owned and gave me great deals on my trade-ins, then Orlando went above and beyond to get me a great rate. For the first time in my life a dealership treated me like family and gave me a rate of 1.9% on a brand new car. I have owned many cars before today and my rate was never ever this low. All I can say is that I am very happy that I met Orlando and came down to Avondale Toyota and now I am a proud owner of a 2021 toyota higlander. Not only did I get a great deal I was in and out of the dealership in less then 2 hours. The service and staff were amazing, but Orlando was on another level he was amazing from the beginning to the end. The best part of it all was I dealt with ONE person the entire time. They never tried to sell me things that i did not need and when i said that I wanted a certain color combination, he never pressured me into anything else, he never tried to change my mind.
