Hands down the most amazing car buying experience I've ever had. No bargaining, no hustle, no mind games. Mark showed us the cars we wanted to see and also showed us the vehicles that may fit our lifestyl ever had. No bargaining, no hustle, no mind games. Mark showed us the cars we wanted to see and also showed us the vehicles that may fit our lifestyles better than we'd thought. Walked out of the dealership with top dollar for our trades (toyota trades) and two brand new vehicles. This was easier than grocery shopping. I don't know why anyone would buy anything other than toyota and if they do buy toyota I don't know why they would go anywhere but avondale toyota... I kind of sound like a spokesman, but I'm just a very satisfied customer with two beautiful vehicles! Thanks Kiwi! More

I would recommend this dealership for the novice car buyer or someone who doesn't really know true mark up or dealer cost or for those who are just really uncomfortable around people and don't want conf buyer or someone who doesn't really know true mark up or dealer cost or for those who are just really uncomfortable around people and don't want confrontation or negotiation. I was very unhappy with the pricing there. My advice would be to take their "non negotiable" made up price and use it as a starting point. Take it to any other dealer in the valley and watch them beat it. I've done it twice and I have had many friends do the same thing. A non negotiable toyota? Lol ok. More

She answered all our questions about the different vehicles we looked at. We liked the idea we only worked with one person all the way thru the deal, from the test drive to all the paperwork. JJ made us feel as if we were family. In fact we so happy with the way JJ treated us, we came back last weekend and helped our daughter purchase a car to replace hers that was stolen and again JJ treated us as family during this purchase also.
