Went in to look at some vehicles, was driving a 2008 lifted FJ Cruiser (bad xxx). My wife fell in love with a 2011 Tundra and we decided to trade in the FJ for it. The price they gave me for the FJ was lifted FJ Cruiser (bad xxx). My wife fell in love with a 2011 Tundra and we decided to trade in the FJ for it. The price they gave me for the FJ was fair and I believe the deal was alright overall, however the issue I have with this dealer is that when buying the Tundra I told the salesman that I wanted the wheels balanced correctly because the steering wheel was all over the place when driving it, he supposedly made a note "We Owe" that service would call me asap since it is a critical issue. Its been almost 2 weeks and I am still waiting to hear back from them to schedule. I am not going to call them because I want to see how long this will take. So far I am pissed. This dealer I feel makes promises and fails to execute them. I will be contacting Brian Mc Cafferty which is the owner to complain. More
I purchased a 2007 Toyota Tacoma in Aug 2012. The truck did not come with a spear key. A little after I purchased the truck, I asked the Sales Manager, Kevin Green, to see if he can make a spear key at no did not come with a spear key. A little after I purchased the truck, I asked the Sales Manager, Kevin Green, to see if he can make a spear key at no additional cost. His response, " I can contact the previous owner." Kevin attempted to contact the previous owner, but after 3-4wks I have not heard anything. When I called Kevin, he advise he talked to the previous owner, but that person was unable locate the key. I asked Kevin if Toyota can just make a spear key. His responds, " I cannot just make a key. If I do then I would charge you." At this point I felt Kevin was more concern about charging me for a spear then providing the customer service. It is not my fault the dealership failed to get the spear key from the previous owner. It funny after purchasing a $20k truck where the customer service was good. I did not think that a SMALL, and I mean SMALL, thing can be such a hassle. I hope someone reads this and can understand why I am upset with the customer service after purchasing a vehicle. Remember, all I asked for a for a spear at no additional cost and all I got was a "NO!" More
I spoke a sales person named Charles and he asked me to come to the dealership at a specific time the day after to look at a pre-owned car. Drove 34miles to look at the car and Charles was not even there a come to the dealership at a specific time the day after to look at a pre-owned car. Drove 34miles to look at the car and Charles was not even there and some other person said the car was sold. Really makes me mad, someone would not even call us not to come. I would never do any kind of business with this dealership nor would recommend this dealership. Interesting to see someone else had posted a similar experience with this dealership. More

We just bought a new Tacoma here. This was one of the nicest and most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. Our salesman was Terry Pickle and he was great. I Also liked that we only dealt with our salesman for the entire buying experience. No finance guy, other sale people etc. Just one person the entire time. I felt that they really appreciated my business. I WILL be coming back. Great job AT! More

We drove from Tucson to purchase a vehicle from Avondale Toyota because they have the best prices in Arizona.
