During a rainstorm water began leaking through the dome light. And most alarming, a clicking noise started from the engine. I called John (sales) and told him the problems. He told me to bring the car back so the service department could take a look. Apparently the service guy was having a bad day as we got nothing but rudeness from him. He said he didn't have time to deal with us and to come back the next day. When we returned, his attitude had completely changed and was very helpful. The manager gave us a loaner car while ours was being serviced. In a couple days they he'd all the problems fixed. All things considered, I would say this was a good experience. It's easy to find a dealer to sell you a car; it's not as easy to find a dealer who would stand behind a used car the way they did. Avondale Toyota will have my us invests again. More

He went right to work finding out how much we could get for it and what the bottom line would be . I say that from the time we arrived we were constantly asked if we needed anything to drink or anything to make us more comfortable . We were only there about an hour or so before we drove away in our brand new car . Daniel was there when we left , waving goodbye like we had just spent a week at our family's house . He informed us he would be the only person we would deal with if we decided to buy a new car. We liked the milage on the Camray and decided on a test drive. We were impressed with the car and went inside to see about a trade of our 2006 car . Ted showed us around the waiting area with available refreshments and snacks of our choice..The bottom line In less then 3 hours we left with our new Camray SE having tradeed our Used car for the price we wanted,with a discount off the window sticker on the new car this has been the most enjoyable experiance I have ever had when purchasing a new car. Best dealership experience I've ever had. My wife and I decided to to buy a newer used car. We brought the kids with us, took seperate test drives and traded in a vehicle. They had plenty of snacks and a play area for the kids. The car we bought cost less than the KBB "dealer price" and they gave us more for our trade in than the KBB "trade in value." I had phoned ahead of time, an inquired about the 2012 Ford Edge for sale. When my wife and I arrived, we were greeted by John Byers, who had the vehicle ready for us to inspect and test drive. He was courteous, professional, and patient as he explained the various features for the Ford Edge, and also was very informative during the test drive. During the test drive, he explained the one price one person philosophy that Avondale Toyota espouses, and he demonstrated it at every turn. I felt that the price posted was very competitive against other Ford Edge's I researched on Auto Trader. Avondale was also very fair in the price offered for my trade in. There was no pressure or hard sell to buy, and no additional add on's that other dealers try to up sell. John also went over extended service plans with us, and again, no pressure to purchase same.Your dealer documentation fee was also the lowest I had found researching on the web, not others that quoted 399 up to 499.00 I especially liked your open showroom, and not some tight closed office found at other dealers. And as stated, John handled the transaction from beginning to end. It truly was the best card buying experience my wife and I ever experienced.
