This is the second time buying a new car from this dealer and they are the greatest people to work with. No pressure in what to buy or when to buy it. She answered all our questions about the different vehicles we looked at. We liked the idea we only worked with one person all the way thru the deal, from the test drive to all the paperwork. JJ made us feel as if we were family. In fact we so happy with the way JJ treated us, we came back last weekend and helped our daughter purchase a car to replace hers that was stolen and again JJ treated us as family during this purchase also. All the staff we have dealt with at Avondale Toyota has been great. Thank you so much. More
I came to the dealership because I had 2 different rotors on my car so I was unable to change one of them by myself. I explained the problem to the guy who checked me in (They wrote CJ on the windshield so I on my car so I was unable to change one of them by myself. His first response was (after asking when I bought the car) since it had been 5 years since I bought it, they couldn't do any free repairs on my car. I felt a little offended because I really just wanted to know how to get the rotor off and why the car had different rotors to begin with. Anyway, he was unable to answer my questions because each answer started out with a defense that Avondale Toyota was not financially responsible. Finally, the mechanic spoke up and answered my questions and while he was answering, CJ stood behind him echoing some of the response. It just reminded me of a little kid, standing behind his big brother, yelling at the bully. I never once asked for free work or free products so for him to treat me like that was irritating and offensive. Also, once we determined no work would be done, I sat there for an hour and a half waiting for my car. I felt like I was being punished for not using their services, since I had "wasted their time" they were going to waste mine. It would have been a lot easier to just have my rotor changed there (one of the times the convenience is worth the cost) but after the way I was treated, I had no interest in giving them any of my money. More

When a friend recommended Mark Broughton for my next purchase, of course I had my guard up. From the very beginning of our interaction, Mark made my wife and I feel extremely comfortable. Even during the financing process we felt that we were in control and had options of what would benefit our family, not the dealership. It was the most painless, easiest and enjoyable experience we have ever had at a dealership. That day we drove off in our new Camry (which we love). Since then we've purchased a minivan, my dad bought his truck, and a close friend a new Corolla because of the experience I received. We live over an hour away but wouldn't think twice of stopping at the multiple dealerships I pass to take my business. Working in sales, I expect to be hassled and haggled any time I work with anyone else in sales. You simply do not have that problem here. There are no "key keeping" games (where your salesman keeps the keys to your trade in "hostage"), there is no price haggling, there is simply NO hassle. After purchasing the first vehicle from Mark at Avondale I knew that they had my business for life. Four vehicles later, they still have it. I have the confidence in the staff and in Mark to send all of my friends, family, colleagues, and customers of my own in to purchase their new vehicles. Living 160 miles round trip (yes, you read that right) and still making the trip to see Mark is a living testament to the service you can expect at Avondale Toyota. All of my immediate family now drive Toyota vehicles from Avondale Toyota, as well as most of my close friends.
