I only had to deal with one person , Michael Norman, who was really knowledgeable and friendly. At other dealerships they send you around from person to person like a Ping pong ball and it is very aggravat was really knowledgeable and friendly. His attention to detail in what we're looking for in a vehicle has always far exceeded what most people encounter when making a purchase of this type. Once Terry knew what we wanted, he made certain the vehicle was on hand and ready to be test driven by the time we arrived for our appointment with him. And, he was on time for our appointment, too! Then, we were ready to work out the purchase. Terry is very professional, friendly and warm to deal and talk with. Most of all he is a person in which you know his word means everything to him. We feel he is extremely honest, trustworthy and fair. We feel we can ask him any question about the automobile and he either always knows the answer or will find out the answer. What is even more impressive, Terry follows up later to make certain we are still happy with our purchase, if all is going well, and do we have any questions. We are very happy with this purchase and with the all-around experience there. We highly recommend Avondale Toyota and Terry Repovsch in particular, and we've recommended this dealership and Terry to many people we know. It's so nice to do business where they are NOT "wheeler dealers" and know there is honesty all the way around. We also have our vehicles serviced there, and we are very happy with the organized way in which all is taken care of from start to completion. Several weeks ago I purchased a used car from the Avondale Toyota Scion dealership. I thought at the time I would have a warranty through another insurance company so I did not purchase a warranty a Avondale Toyota Scion dealership. I thought at the time I would have a warranty through another insurance company so I did not purchase a warranty at point of sale. Unfortunately, I found out I was not eligible for the extended warranty and missed the opportunity of purchase with the Toyota dealership. Since the automobile was in such good condition and rated high with the dealership I was not concerned at the time that I was now without a warranty and the next day I took the car I loved home . It was what I wanted and at a price I could afford. Two weeks after the purchase my air conditioning went out. I took it to a trusted mechanic who told me it was the compressor and it would be an expensive repair. When checked, air-conditioning either works or it doesn't. There was no indication, no noise that would alert me failure was coming. But, all of sudden a terrible burning smell and then hot air. I was brokenhearted, especially since my last vehicle was without air, this was an essential feature for me. I had to get it fixed. I did not purchase this incredible car to transport grandchildren and be without air. My experience with the purchase of this car was a joyous one, but I did not call with any expectations only hope. I contacted the Avondale Toyota Scion dealership and spoke with Mr. Andy Walker, head of the used car department. I explained to him what happened and asked if possible would the dealership work with me. He was courteous and told me what he thought was possible. Explaining the importance of warranties, he then stated that the dealership wants to help and keep their customers happy. He said someone would call me the next day. Someone did. Mr. Chris Hughes, a General Sales Manager called me the very next day. I explained again the whole experience, asking if possible, would they work with me. He was friendly, courteous and helpful. He said he would call and get some prices and get back with me. The next day I received a message from a Mr. Michael Prelozni with a quote for repair. I wanted to cry. I did cry. It was unbelievable, and very gracious of the dealership. He gave me a time to bring it in and told me it would take about 5 hours to fix. He offered me transportation home, but I have family on that side of town and stayed with them the day of repairs. What could have been a horrendous experience , was a blessed one, from the very time of purchase to the end of the repair. I have been shown much and blessed much and I am still learning through out this whole experience. I brought the car in and Mr. Michael Prelozni in the used car service department helped me from beginning to end. He was courteous, friendly and when asked, gave me helpful advice in search for an extended warranty through different agencies. He gave me his card and invited me to call the cell phone at any time with questions for help. . I am more than happy with Avondale Toyota Scion, I am very grateful. I feel they went above and beyond to help me. It was a family member who directed to Avondale, and I would encourage anyone to drive the extra distance as I did to make such a purchase. When you are spending what you believe is a great deal of money to you personally, customer service makes it a deciding factor. This dealership from the very beginning to the very end kept their customer service friendly, courteous, helpful and I cannot stress enough the integrity I found there. These are good businessmen and I value the experience. As I have been blessed may God bless each of them. More
My husband and I had a great salesman, Terry Repovsch, and he knew everything about the Toyota 4Runner and all the cars we drove that day and was very kind to us. Unfortunately there was no negotiation on the "2010" car's price so we bought it for not a penny less and thought it was priced highly. The 4 year old car had only 8,000 miles on it so priced it on the fact it had low mileage. Terry didn't hesitate to show us a few cars, even though it was 110 degrees outside until we decided on the 4Runner. Our experience at this dealership with Terry was wonderful and would highly recommend it to others. My only problem was the Thank you letter we received from the dealership. The envelope and letter was in my husband's name only. I spent a great deal of time there and signed the documents also. It would have been nice to have the letter addressed to both of us and not just my husband. This is 2013 not 1900 and women do count. Wanting to let everyone know about the great experience we have had with Toyota. My husband was recently in a severe multiple-vehicle accident that left several parties injured. We are still recovering from the accident but am happy to report that while our new 2013 Tundra was a total loss, my husband walked away without a scratch, was not even sore. Toyota (with a little help from GOD, of course ;) saved his life! As a woman needing a good used car this is a difficult process. I must say I am pleased with my car and even more pleased with the experience. Mr Repovsch knew what I wanted and over a couple of weeks of his work and effort I had the car I needed and hoped for all along the way. He did all the work. He was honest and up front from the beginning to the end of purchase. He promised to mail me missing headrests and car manual and he followed through on his word. To be able to deal with a man of integrity and a dependable dealership is a great blessing and something you want to share with others. Purchasing a car can be a harrowing experience but this was actually a joyful experience. More

I got an 8 year 100K bumper to bumper warranty for about $1900 with no deductable, and that is the same price anyone else who comes in will get because it is all in a price book that every sales person uses. This is the 2nd new vehical I bought there and there is no doubt I will buy there again in the future. More
