My husband and I had a great salesman, Terry Repovsch, and he knew everything about the Toyota 4Runner and all the cars we drove that day and was very kind to us. Unfortunately there was no negotiation on the "2010" car's price so we bought it for not a penny less and thought it was priced highly. The 4 year old car had only 8,000 miles on it so priced it on the fact it had low mileage. Terry didn't hesitate to show us a few cars, even though it was 110 degrees outside until we decided on the 4Runner. Our experience at this dealership with Terry was wonderful and would highly recommend it to others. My only problem was the Thank you letter we received from the dealership. The envelope and letter was in my husband's name only. I spent a great deal of time there and signed the documents also. It would have been nice to have the letter addressed to both of us and not just my husband. This is 2013 not 1900 and women do count. We are still recovering from the accident but am happy to report that while our new 2013 Tundra was a total loss, my husband walked away without a scratch, was not even sore. Toyota (with a little help from GOD, of course ;) saved his life! As a woman needing a good used car this is a difficult process. I must say I am pleased with my car and even more pleased with the experience. Mr Repovsch knew what I wanted and over a couple of weeks of his work and effort I had the car I needed and hoped for all along the way. He did all the work. He was honest and up front from the beginning to the end of purchase. He promised to mail me missing headrests and car manual and he followed through on his word. To be able to deal with a man of integrity and a dependable dealership is a great blessing and something you want to share with others. Purchasing a car can be a harrowing experience but this was actually a joyful experience. More

I got an 8 year 100K bumper to bumper warranty for about $1900 with no deductable, and that is the same price anyone else who comes in will get because it is all in a price book that every sales person uses. This is the 2nd new vehical I bought there and there is no doubt I will buy there again in the future. More

This was the second vehicle we purchased from Ted Harley and this dealership. Our first was a used late model Nissan Sentra for which they had the best price in Arizona. We drove up from Tucson to do busine and this dealership. Our first was a used late model Nissan Sentra for which they had the best price in Arizona. We drove up from Tucson to do business with this dealership and were not disappointed. Ted Harley was honest, friendly, accomodating and it was BY FAR the best experience we have ever had with a dealership. When it came time for another car, we returned to this dealership to purchase a new Toyota Prius. We called Ted who came in on Sunday (his day off) to work with us. We called ahead and he had the 3 cars we were interested in ready and waiting in the shade with the air conditioning on. He was extremely patient with us as we made our big decision and stayed late to finish all of the paperwork. It wasn't the best price in town, but we came back for the customer service and no gimmicks, just honest salesman. More

I actually went to the wrong dealership. Terry showed me a Prius that was 4 yrs newer for 7k more. I didn't want to spend that much more, but he explained it was a 3rd generation vs a 2nd. Terry is very friendly,has a great sense of humor, is fair, understanding,and honest. He put a new set of tires on my car, took care of minor dents and paint issues, put in new floor mats, had scratches buffed out of the headlights and spoiler, and explained the car and its features. I did get the extended warranty for extra peace of mind. He worked w/me on financing and I got 1.9% for 60 mo's. He even topped off the gas, and threw in a cool flamed out Toyota ball cap and sun glass holder! I think Toyota should throw in freebees/perks. Not the sales manager.( He had to buy the cap out of pocket.)It was nice being treated like I was "Someone" and he made me feel like I was an important person! Terry is a true asset to this dealership, and you should be thankful for him! More

After my vehicle was driven into the service garage I waited in the waiting area, then after a period of time decided to walk to the service garage to view the work being done on my year old vehicle. Two young mechanics were checking over my vehicle and after a moment one of them removed the front floor mats and literally threw the mats into the back of my vehicle, not setting the mats down nicely but throwing the floor mats. His careless action left marks on moldings and dirt from the mats on the rear seats. The service rep explained that they are required to remove the floor mats and I explained that it can be done in a completely different manner, such as courteous and professional. After the maintenance was completed I made the mistake of taking a moment to look at some of the used vehicles on the dealers lot. Instead of having a professional and courteous sales associate the young man that sauntered over came with an attitude after I said no thank you I was just looking for now. This rude treatment a year after I had purchased the vehicle from this same dealer and when they had made a mistake on their paper work and demanded that either my wife or I immediately sign something they had made the mistake on. We were out of town for a period of time and could not sign the paperwork during that time, but that did not stop them from getting to the point of harassing phone calls. I do NOT recommend this dealer to anyone and I will NOT be giving them any repeat business! More

Our salesperson Shannon Eichorn put no pressure on us and wanted us to be happy with car choice. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and really spent a lot of time and effort makings sure our car buying experience was exceptional . We drove home with a car we love, had a very good price with good financing. We would highly recommend Shannon Eichorn and Avondale Toyota to anyone looking for a hassle free car shopping experience.
