He answered any questions I had with simple honest answers. Never did he pressure me at all. I actually dealt with Mark by email. From trade in to financing to delivery there was no pressure to by add-ons or warranty extension. After I agreed to the price I made two visits to the dealership. The first trip was to get a price for my trade in. That visit took about 30 minutes and I received $1500 more for my trade than I had been offered elsewhere. When the car arrived at the dealership my wife and I visited the dealership to sign papers and take delivery. This visit was finalized and we drove off in our new Toyota Highlander in under an hour. I dealt only with Mark through the process. Never once did Mark say he needed to ask his manager who would normally have come in to increase the price and close the deal. I never felt like I had to be sharper than the sales person nor did I have to go back and forth on the price. The offer was fair and extremely competitive. Two days after I took delivery my Mother In Law decided she would like a new convertible. Of course the first thing I did was call Mark. I was really disappointed when he told me Toyota no longer made a convertible. I was able to locate and purchase the car she wanted with a minimum amount of run around. Avondale Toyota and Mark Erickson will be my choice for vehicles in the future. If you have not purchased a vehicle at Avondale Toyota you will miss out on a great but price and an unbelievable experience. I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years but Mark and Avondale Toyota made this the best experience. More

There was not one time where I felt I wasn't given accurate information or having information being withheld from me. I didn't feel like just a "sale" but rather a customer they want to keep for future purchases. Our sales person was and is Terry Pickle for all 4 vehicles. Pickle is by far the best salesperson we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is honest, forthright, patient and does not exhibit the typical pressure you will get from other sales people and other dealerships. Along with Pickle one of the perks of buying from Avondale Toyota is you deal with 1 person only. No finance guy..... no "next level" sales person. Believe it or not.....buying a vehicle from Avondale Toyota is actually an enjoyable process. Try it!! More

While we were looking around Mr.Terry Repovsch walked over to offer any help he could. To cut to the chase, we were there for 5 hours, asking questions and test driving many trucks. I never felt pressured, not once, by Mr.Repovsch to speed things up or to make a decision already. It was really hot that day but he never acted like we were inconveniencing him and he was really polite. I had a great experience there, because of the price we got for our new truck, and because of the wonderful customer service Mr.Terry Repovsch provided. I would recommend asking for him if you ever go to this dealership. More

2nd Purchase - Toyota Sienna - Quick and painless Back history - I bought the first 3rd Generation (2010) Toyota Prius delivered to the southwest region through Avondale Toyota in May 2009, which was Back history - I bought the first 3rd Generation (2010) Toyota Prius delivered to the southwest region through Avondale Toyota in May 2009, which was a fantastic experience. We praised the experience then in a video that was on their website for some time. Summary: Quick, transparent and fantastic One Price, One Person process, and trusting dealership staff will invite repeat customers every time! 5 years later, our family had matured to where we needed to add something larger than our two Prius to the family. My wife and I were cross-shopping the Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey. I had been working with a Honda dealership down the street through the Costco program, and was mostly ready to commit to that vehicle, but wanted my wife to see the top choices before committing to a purchase. Thus, we spent the afternoon and evening of our anniversary test driving a couple of options. After being referred to another Toyota dealer in Peoria, AZ via Costco that I knew I didn't want to do business with, we decided to pay our friends at Avondale Toyota a visit to look at some Toyota Sienna options. We were warmly greeted outside with very cold water (it was well over 100°F that afternoon), and asked if we had a previous appointment or someone we had been working with. As my previous salesman was no longer with AT, we were introduced to Jesse Landeros. Jesse inquired about our needs, and surprisingly, steered us toward some pre-owned choices first. There were a couple of compelling options at very fair prices (CPO), but we realized that we wanted to look at a 2014 Sienna for the newly-added Blind Spot Monitoring feature. We went inside, and Jesse was quick to pull up what he had in stock on the computer, or offered to work with other dealers in the area to exchange inventory (excluding the Peoria guys). He shared his screen, showing us the inventory and pricing (they're a One Price, no haggle dealer). Once we realized we could get the features we wanted in the SE trim vs. the XLE (saved some $$$), he showed us a few options, and gave us our "out the door price" right then and there. There were no high-price dealer add-ons that we were forced to buy. Once we found the right combo of options, he took only a few moments to grab the vehicle, keys and a dealer plate. He demonstrated a few features of the vehicle, then invited us to take a test drive on our own to wherever we'd like ("Go ahead! Take it to Buckeye and back!"). Both my wife and I drove the vehicle in various situations nearby to get a feel. We returned about 10 miles and 30 minutes later. Jesse asked if we had any further questions. We stated we didn't, but wanted to look at one more option down the street before committing. There was absolutely no pressure to buy at this time. He gave us his card, and said that if we knew we were coming back, to give him a heads up so he could start the paperwork. After spending far too long at the Honda dealership down the street playing pricing games on a vehicle that wasn't the right fit (missing BSM, and too many forced dealer add-ons), and listening to how "no pressure" they thought they were, we hurried back to Avondale Toyota. My wife asked for one more quick drive for a fresh comparison, which sealed the deal. By this time, it was very late, so after signing the paperwork, writing the check and receiving a set of keys, they offered to let us wait for wash and final prep, or have the vehicle dropped off the next day. It was approaching 10:30pm, and there were several cars being washed by just one porter. We were worn out, but not because of AT. So, the next morning, at 8am sharp (as promised), Jesse pulled our new 2014 Toyota Sienna SE in Salsa Red into our driveway. He asked if we had any further questions about the vehicle, then was on his way! This was another great purchase experience from Avondale Toyota. We were borderline between the two brands, and while features played a big part, the dealership experience helped reaffirm our choice. When you're treated with respect with every detail disclosed up front, and not just another opportunity to make your numbers for the month with pricing games, customers will come to you freely. More

Wonderful Experience I'll first say that about 7 years ago my oldest daughter and I had a great experience here when she purchased a certified preowned Corolla. They say what they mean when there is no haggling on price and they work with you for the best deal to get you in a car you car afford. And working with one person thru the whole process is the best. Not like other dealerships that keep you for hours and parade out all the managers trying to get you into a deal you can't afford. When my youngest daughter and I started looking for her car we should of just started here, but didn't. Then so happy we eventually did. In January we got my daughter a pre owned certified Camry. Mark worked with us and we got what she could afford. Great experience. Then unfortunately in May the Camry caught fire and was totaled. We went back to Avondale and again Mark worked with us. My daughter and I were both upset and not in the best frames of minds going in looking for another vehicle since we now had absolutely nothing to put down on any car. And weren't expecting to have to go thru car shopping again for awhile. Mark showed us a few used cars and with talking to him he made the suggestion of trying to see if we could do a lease. That was wonderful because it worked out. My daughter got a new 2014 Corolla where her payments aren't but a couple dollars more than they would be if purchasing a 2010 used vehicle with over 75 thousand miles. It made more sense for sure to go lease route. And in 3 years she can purchase the car at a price that will be under what that 2010 Corolla was. Mark turned our bad morning of car shopping into a positive and wonderful experience. We had to apologize to him if we had been rude because we weren't in a good mood having to car shop again after the experience we had with the Camry. I do want to say that we don't have an officical report of what happened with the Camry. The only thing right now is that it was something electrical that cause the battery to catch fire. No one was in the car so no one was injured. And insurance covered it being totalled plus we are thankful too that we got the Gap coverage so we aren't in the hole on the financing. We got that on the lease also. Overall Avondale Toyota does what it says with the price you get is what's on the window. And Mark was caring and helpful and my daughter was able to get a new car that she cn rely on and have for many years to come. Thank You Mark "Uncle Buck" and Avondale Toyota. You can bet that when any other car purchases need to be made we'll be out there. And I'm telling anyone I know that's looking to go see you. Too bad other dealerships (brands) don't work the same. :) More

Scott was patient, informative, and firm without being obnoxious. He showed me all the cars that he had presently on the lot that would fit my terms for a sale. It was a positive experience for me and I purchased a car that I really wanted at a price that I was willing to pay and that works for me. The One Price, One Person concept is like a breath of fresh air. Our Sales/Finance Manager was Johnny Lopez. He was truly a pleasure to work with because he was very sincere, professional, and knowledgeable about the product. He took the time to show us new and used trucks and pointed out all the available features. It was nice to have the prices posted on the window. He took care of us every step of the way and explained all the details of the car buying process. He even helped set up the Bluetooth for us after we purchased the vehicle. He is a wonderful asset to your company. Most dealers will have the customer meet with the salesperson and then they will meet with the finance division and then the warranty person, etc. It can be a long an arduous process.
