I thought the last experience was good, this time Randy Goyne has set the bar up high! Dealing with Randy was like hanging out with my best friend with a mix of professionalism and courtesy. I never felt pushed into a corner to make a decision. At Avondale is like going to the grocery store, getting what you want and leaving. Randy was the finance rep also, In other dealers, I got sick of the sales rep running back and forth to bargain with me with the great and powerful OZ in the glass room. lol! Did I mention it took 2 hours to close the deal. I spent 6 hours at the dealer a long time ago and that was a freaking nightmare!! Anyways, I'm running out of space. A new and unigue buying-serice experience! Any difficult or hard 'new car' experiences I have ever had were 100% blown away by using Avondale Toyota. Your greeted, and instantly helped. The one aspect that was fantastic, is that when you start with a sales management person, you STAY with that one person through your entire experience. I can't recall a single experience in 40 years like this! You are not 'tossed' from person to person desk to desk and the attention to you is over the top. They helped me find the vehicle that I wanted and needed without any concern for what a dealer may 'want to sell you'. I call this a Custom Fit buying experience unlike anything prior in my life. It was so good, I will use their service dept. for my 2006 Toyota as well here on out. The dealer was recommended to me - and I can see why, it's the most pleasant new car experience I've ever had. I expected to dread the whole process and then buy, like we're all are accustomed. But Randy Goyne and this Dealership is THE BEST!!! I don't say this because I love my truck, but because they won my respect during the process before I purchased. From the young lady who ran for water for me, to it all. I don't like salesmen or dealerships at all. I'm a tough nut and have high expectations on customer service (we're all in CS one way or another). I came in in a rare and difficult situation. And shopped 5 new car dealerships at the same time, Randy excelled in every category over all others. He simply went out of his way- in every way. My highest compliment: Randy isn't a salesman, as I've seen many of them, He's a high character individual who works for the customer. Truly -do yourself a favor and go ask for him! Due to the way this individual facility was ran I did not have to go through a ton of people and the paper work was quick and easy. I was expecting to be there all day and ended up being there for 2 hours max. I was pleased with the overall service and happy with my purchase. More

Being hounded by salesmen and then the time spent waiting to sign the boatload of documents in a completely separate office makes me want to walk out. However, when I went to this dealership and began the process with Terry Repovsch , we went through the paperwork and he reviewed every part of the financing with us right there on his P.C. Then, I was actually relieved when I learned we did not have to spend another 90 minutes waiting for the Finance Department to finish it up. It was done right there at his desk. It was great customer service from when I first walked in the door. I had an appt. with sales manager Mike Norman and he walked me through the process with patience and made the process of buying a car as stress free as possible. He took the time to test drive a few cars with me, answered all my questions and was very patient to walk me through everything up to the financing. He stayed with me through the entire purchase.
