But when I went in and started speaking to Randy I felt very comfortable and full of trustment with his words.He was really forward about how everything works , I had questions and he was able to answer them without any problems. I was scared of not leaving with a car we spoke about leasing it and he told me it be better and details about it also that it was a better chance of getting the car since it was going to be my very first car. I ended up leaving leasing with the car I was very excited and full of joy and happy I had randy walk me thru the steps he's a fantastic sales man. More

What I liked about Kimmie's service was his hospitality, the amount of knowledge he knows about cars, the fact that he took his time and explained in detail everything he did, and it didn't seem like he just wanted to make a quick sale. Kimie explained and showed us all the features of the vehicle. We went in and ran numbers and he worked with us to get to where we wanted to be. He was very patient and gave us a wonderful buying experience. Couldnt ask for a better salesman. After the purchase took us out to the car and showed and explained all the features in the car. He even went the extra mile to follow up with us the next day to see how the car was doing. You have a gem of a salesman working for you. Car buying is now a pleasant experience! I've always dreaded purchasing cars. I distain the entire process - especially the part when the manager comes repeatedly out of the back office to cl I've always dreaded purchasing cars. I distain the entire process - especially the part when the manager comes repeatedly out of the back office to close the deal. It's so uncomfortable, awkward, and unpleasant. My experience yesterday at Avondale Toyota with Randy Goyne was so refreshingly different. Let me start by saying how great it was to work with someone as trustworthy and friendly as Randy. He was honest, straightforward, and looking out for my best interests. He didn't pressure or push anything on me. I felt like I was dealing with a close friend as opposed to a sales person. In addition, there was no back and forth with some other manager. Randy was empowered to make decisions. I didn't even have to go into the back to deal with a finance manager. Randy handled all the paperwork. In addition, there wasn't a picture of a scary criminal sitting on his desk tying to intimidate me to purchase LoJack or gap insurance. I was very, very happy with my experience, and will recommend Randy and Avondale Toyota to all of my friends. I will definitely return for my next vehicle. Thanks for making it so pleasant! More
