Upon our arrival we were greated by a salesman by the name of Kimmie Stewart. Kimmie assisted my daughter and I with the purchase of a 2015 Toyota Corolla. I was nothing short of estactic with the way we were treated and the service we received. Kimmie was very knowledgeable on each vehicle that we had questions about. Not only did he take his time to explain everything in detail about the car we chose he found an additional incentive that lowered my daughter's payment even more than she had budgeted for. Kimmie's knowledge, patience and attention to detail definitely sold us on purchasing a vehicle from Avondale Toyota Scion. This dealership doesnt have any of that salesman BS of going back and forth and introducing to diff manangers and then haggling for a price and keeping you there for hours and hours!! So when i was window shopping for a camry i was introduced to a gentleman named Kimmie Stewart....this guy is the epitome of world class service!! He went beyond the call of duty for my car buying experience from start to finish! I window shopped for a camry and drove out of there with the tundra of my dreams!!! good pricing and excellent trade in offer....it was a no brainer!!!..and they are very fast in processing the paperwork!! I also went to two other toyota dealer's before this one and let me tell u guys, this dealership mixed with kimmie stewart is a knockout combo!! and it was quite a refreshing experience...it was like a nice cup of warm tea...warm and fuzzy feeling and smiled out the door with keys in hand I repeat! only goto to this dealership and only ask for kimmie stewart!! he is like having a friend in the car business!!...and this guy has fantastic followup!!! David took great care of me, worked hard to get me great financing, got me terrific trade in on the car I was upside down on, and provided exceptional customer service. I never even had to make the drive down there! He got the financing in place for me and drove it and hour and a half to me just so I could see it, telling me there was no pressure to buy, he was happy just to let me drive it! I never felt pressured or pushed, only well taken care of. After I drove it and decided I wanted it, the paperwork only took about 15 minutes because he had it all ready to go for me! Incredible service! Thank you, David, for going to bat for me, getting me out the door below the number I asked for, and doing it all without me missing out on my busy day. You're awesome!
