He had outstanding interpersonal skills and there was never the feeling of being pressured. He was informative and displayed interest in making certain that I was obtaining the car I truly desired. He clearly works in concert with a wonderful team and his manager, Nate was also knowledgeable and supportive. The atmosphere in the dealership was beautiful and relaxed. I was extremely happy with the deal that was achieved. The team appeared to be trustworthy and fair and the transaction was completed in a very timely fashion. He was pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and seem always to have our best interest in mind. He didn't try to stear us into buying anything we didn't want. The whole transaction was transparent and on top of getting a great rate (0%) and cash back, we also got a great deal on our trade. FABULOUS Dealership - Best car buying experience! I was not looking forward to buying a new car - I remembered times in the past when I had to deal with pushy sales people and sales managers. But th I was not looking forward to buying a new car - I remembered times in the past when I had to deal with pushy sales people and sales managers. But this time was different. I went to Avondale Toyota and worked with Terry Repovsch and was incredibly impressed. There was no hard sell. Terry genuinely seemed to want to help me get the best car for me. Before I made my final decision, I decided to visit a few other company's dealerships and found the hard sell that I was dreading. I went back to Avondale Toyota and Terry worked with me from the test drive right through the paperwork. He didn't hand me over to a Finance Manager who would try to sell me add-ons that I didn't need. He did it all and made it an easy and pleasant process. He explained that their philosophy was to treat people right and make them customers for life. I am now the very happy owner of a Prius and I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else! I highly recommend them. More
