Kimie explained and showed us all the features of the vehicle. We went in and ran numbers and he worked with us to get to where we wanted to be. He was very patient and gave us a wonderful buying experience. Couldnt ask for a better salesman. After the purchase took us out to the car and showed and explained all the features in the car. He even went the extra mile to follow up with us the next day to see how the car was doing. You have a gem of a salesman working for you. Car buying is now a pleasant experience! I've always dreaded purchasing cars. My experience yesterday at Avondale Toyota with Randy Goyne was so refreshingly different. Let me start by saying how great it was to work with someone as trustworthy and friendly as Randy. He was honest, straightforward, and looking out for my best interests. He didn't pressure or push anything on me. I felt like I was dealing with a close friend as opposed to a sales person. In addition, there was no back and forth with some other manager. Randy was empowered to make decisions. I didn't even have to go into the back to deal with a finance manager. Randy handled all the paperwork. In addition, there wasn't a picture of a scary criminal sitting on his desk tying to intimidate me to purchase LoJack or gap insurance. I was very, very happy with my experience, and will recommend Randy and Avondale Toyota to all of my friends. I will definitely return for my next vehicle. Thanks for making it so pleasant! More
