I don't know if this makes sense....but I didn't feel like I was dealing with a 'car salesman'!! There was no pressure pitch to buy a car. Instead, John let the car and the way the process was handled, sell itself. The car is a 2013 Honda Civic, and it had a minor paint scratch inside the door. John was the one who noticed it, brought it to my attention, and had it scheduled for detailing. ( And your service/detailing department did an excellent job with the touch up). I would also like to state that I really like Toyota of Avondale's "set price" policy. I didn't have to go in with the expectation of needing to haggle on pricing. That is why I contacted them in the first place on the car. To sum it all up, I want to say thank you for a great buying experience!! More

Great Dealership We called Terry Pickle and explained what we were looking for, our budget and when we wanted to make the purchase. Terry collected 6 different models We called Terry Pickle and explained what we were looking for, our budget and when we wanted to make the purchase. Terry collected 6 different models for use to review, both used and new. When he had all the models available for us, he called us and we came down to the store and went through each model for about 30 mins, as we were able to quickly decide what made sense for our family. We decided on a Prius Two. Terry and the finance team were very quick to fill out and complete our paperwork. Our entire time at the store amounted to 2 hours, which in Auto-Buying-years is just a blink of an eye. Terry gave us facts about each vehicle, and made the process very enjoyable. We appreciate the Avondale Toyota team and have enjoyed our Prius for the last two months. I know I'll buy from Avondale Toyota again, this is our fourth vehicle. More
