Outstanding Customer Service I was so nervous about getting a new car since my previews car had been stolen and my insurance was still trying to clear this issue out; after 2 mont I was so nervous about getting a new car since my previews car had been stolen and my insurance was still trying to clear this issue out; after 2 months of been carless I knew I needed to hurry up and get one. I went to Avondale Toyota Scion and was assisted by Rick Bocanegra & Maribel whom not only made me feel very comfortable but also showed me with his attention to detail and passion to get me the best deal possible that I was in the best hands and had made the right decision. He spend more than one hour on the phone with the finance bank explaining them why my credit was so mess up after the stolen car that was yet to be paid by my insurance and battled for my case until he was able to make them understand and agree to offer me a loan. I am now owner of a beautiful Toyota Avalon and cannot explain you how genuinely happy I am for not struggling anymore and for the AMAZING help and treatment I was given from Rick Bocanegra, they have now a customer for life and I know now where to go if I ever need another car again.
